Appartement très confortable et bien situé
Points positifs : L’appartement est bien situé, meublé avec goût et très confortable. La vue est superbe. Les indications pour accéder au logement sont claires et précises pour faciliter l’accès.
Points négatifs : Il n’y a pas de stores/volets dans la cuisine et la salle d’eau.

Points positifs : Petit appartement sympa, grande chambre. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement (mais compliqué à comprendre le stationnement parisien !). Proche de la porte de Versailles (4,2kms à pied). Équipement nécessaire (grille pain, cafetière Nespresso, théière, serviettes...). La propriétaire est très réactive, c'est très explicite pour accéder à l'appartement et très sympa. Je recommande
Points négatifs : Des rideaux occultants dans la salle seraient bien pour ceux qui dorment dans le canapé lit. La tête de lit de la chambre est fatiguée 😉

Points positifs : Très belle appartement avec une vue la nuit sur la Tour Eiffel illuminée c'est magnifique, appartement très jolie et chambre très agréable
Points négatifs : Joint de la salle de bain plus très étanche de coup l'eau coule par terre lorsqu'on prend une douche et du coup forte odeur d'égout dans la salle d'eau

Points négatifs : J'ai remarqué que la télévision ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre. Une autre amélioration serait d’installer la climatisation.

Un bon séjour au calme et accueillant !
Points positifs : Un super appartement très agréable et bien situé. Le logement était bien entretenu, décoré avec goûts. Une belle terrasse pour profiter du soleil. Les propriétaires sont hyper accueillants, très disponibles et réactifs.

Excellent stay with easy commute into the city
Points positifs : We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located just outside of Paris proper but has excellent transportation connections into the city and a fantastic view. Never met the host in person, but they were very responsive and helpful in getting us access. The local area is quite nice with a mix of upscale and middle income residential areas and local amenities like a good bakery and grocery store. Everyone we interacted with locally was friendly and very helpful.
Points négatifs : I am hard pressed to say anything was less than great. Our kids slept on the sofa bed and it seemed to work well enough, but sofa beds are rarely very comfortable (the master bed was very comfortable). The apartment had a washing machine to wash clothes, but no hanging rack in the flat (not a problem for us as we brought plenty of clothes). I am sure the host would help with some form of hanging option if asked though. The shower had a tendency to drain slowly so it was tricky to set the water pressure right to avoid it running over, but in a week's stay we managed it.

Loved seeing the Eiffel tower.
Points positifs : The pictures are 100% what you get, everything is perfect, modern apartment, can see Eiffel tower, strong water pressure. Very quick to reply and was friendly.
Points négatifs : Taking luggage up two flights of stairs was exhausting, the nearby tram stop was under maintenance and the detour was to climb 3 flights of stairs.

Absolutely amazing
Points positifs : Absolutely wonderful apartment. The views were amazing, and the apartment itself gave a home from home feel. Very helpful owners. Would highly recommend to friends and family
Points négatifs : The only thing we as a family struggled with was the stairs as they were slightly narrow but that was it.

Points négatifs : Only area is a bit lacking some activities: restaurants/shops, only very few places and most even were closed on the weekend. But it's not related to apartments which were very good
