Full apt - Top floor - Eiffel Tower Panoramic View

Points positifs : The apartment owner is a wonderful person, very caring. He met us at the house and guided us to the underground parking, then showed us where everything is and how to best use public transportation. The apartment is very comfortable — it has absolutely everything, so it feels like you're at home or visiting relatives. The view from all the rooms is stunning, with a panorama including the Eiffel Tower; the view from Montmartre Hill doesn’t compare. The apartment is very quiet, all the rooms are separate, and there’s a good supermarket on the ground floor of the building, as well as a bakery with fresh pastries and desserts. A stop for the free shuttle bus that takes you to the metro is just a minute's walk away. Another important aspect: the building is modern and located in a safe, upscale neighborhood with respectful, well-mannered neighbors — which is especially important in Paris.

Points positifs : What an amazing view! Certainly worth staying for this reason. The apartment was warm and contained everything that was needed. Good host communication.

Points négatifs : Too much clutter and personal belongings in the apartment. Some rooms were difficult to walk in due to furniture crowding. The apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly with dust coating many surfaces. This was not the usual quality of property that booking.com provides.

Points négatifs : Not much to say - some of the facilities could be a bit cleaner but current state is more than manageable. No complaints at all.

Points positifs : Spectacular view of Paris. Great location, less than 5 minutes walking to the metro station , the apartment owner is very kind, helpful and best of all responsive, the price is also very fair, the kitchen is really nice.

Points négatifs : No major complaints, The apartment could stand to have less items from the owner, there are quite a few things in the rooms
