Cosy 2 chambres Père-Lachaise

Points positifs : Appartement très cosy agencé avec goût. L'emplacement est idéal avec à proximité tout le nécessaire pour le séjour . Merci à Nicolas pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité . Je vous recommande ce lieu .

L’appartement est parfait!

Points positifs : Tout! L’appartement est magnifique, grand et très bien équipé. À deux pas de l’épicerie. Mes côtés négatifs n’enlèvent rien à l’appartement.

Points négatifs : Le quartier est un peu loin des attractions. Je le savais d’avance, mais j’imaginais le tout un peu plus près et la rue faisait un peu moins attirante que la majorité, mais pas non sécuritaire. Le métro passe directement sous l’appartement, donc si vous n’aimez pas le bruit, c’est un bémol, mais après 24h on s’en rendait déjà moins compte.

Points positifs : Property was easy access to the metro, surrounding by lots of cafe and shops. The accommodation provided everything needed for the stay.

Perfect for our short stay

Points positifs : Good location - very close to metro and good bakery. Helpful host.

Good value for money and fits all plans.

Points positifs : Well equiped, if you want to cook inside it has everything you need. Comfortable beds, cozy and spacious. Location is really nice too, very close to the metro station and right next door with the supermarket that opens even on sundays.

Points négatifs : The bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms, it has 2 doors, one on each side to access each room. There is an upper part that has a cristal “wall”, so when anyone from any of the bedrooms goes to the bathroom and switches on the light, it lightens both rooms. That is quite uncomfortable and easy to solve, the host needs to put a curtain or something in that cristal part. Also, one of the locks to access the bathroom did not work so it could not be locked from one of the bedrooms. Not critical things but something to improve.

Points positifs : - It's located near a subway station - Renovated/modern interior design - Great kitchen layout - Beds were comfortable - A lot of markets and restaurants nearby - Good communication with host

Points négatifs : - Second bedroom doesn't have good ventilation, it could have an interior window facing the living room - Bathroom access is shared between the two bedrooms, it would require a different layout and some sacrifices to have a separate entry in the living room area. - Water drains were a bit clogged. It took a while for the water to clear

Lovely apartment, excellent location.

Points positifs : Well equipped, great location for Paris centre and Disney, really close to metro, supermarket, boulangerie. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Host was really responsive and helpful. A guide to using the metro/ticket types would be a really helpful addition to the welcome pack.
