Super séjour dans appartement agréable, accueil super.
Points positifs : Appartement très agréable dans résidence sécurisé, quartier sympa. Merci à l'hôte pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Je reviendrais surement car j'ai passé un excellent séjour. Métro pas loin, accessibilité facile.

Nice hosts and a nice apartment
Points positifs : The hosts are super nice and helpful! We felt safe and comfortable! The location is also very good, with good connections and in a very peaceful neighborhood. The garden in front is cute and beautiful, full of flowers, and we were deligted to wake up with the chirping of the birds from the garden. If you don't want that, bring earplugs, otherwise the building is very quiet with good sound isolation. The apartment is also well equiped with pretty much everything you need.
Points négatifs : While it was clean overall it wasn't spotless and this can be improved. Some surfaces are a bit dusty and we also found some hair in random places including in the bed. The bed otherwise looked more or less clean. The dishes also weren't properly washed, but it could be tha fault of previous guests. The washing machine dispenser (where you put the detergent) was dirty (if you care about that) but we managed to clean it more or less. Overall, if you care about everything being spotless, it might not be a good one for you, but we'd say it's clean enough.

Points positifs : Mr. David exemplified warmth and hospitality, always available to assist guests at any hour of the day. His welcoming nature made the stay feel personal and comfortable. The house is conveniently located just a short walk from the metro station, offering easy access to public transportation. Additionally, it boasts excellent amenities that enhance the overall experience, ensuring guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay.
Points négatifs : The bed was positioned close to the window, which unfortunately lacked proper insulation.

Points positifs : Posizione non centrale, ma servita dai mezzi, sia metro che autobus. Zona molto vivibile, tranquilla e con negozi e ristoranti vicini. Il palazzo è molto bello e silenzioso. L'appartamento è molto piccolo, negli standard di Parigi, la doccia un pò scomoda, ma è fornito di tutto il necessario. Zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, nessun problema al rientro a sera tarda.

Great stay with a great host!
Points positifs : David was an absolutely fantastic host. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Paris. While it’s not downtown near all the touristy stuff, you can easily walk to a bus or the metro to get there. The neighborhood is quiet and the area is nice if you want to get away from all the action at night. One thing to keep in mind- please contact David to get the updated address, as the one our cab took us to was not it. However, David did say he would work on getting that updated, but contact just in case. Overall, a great experience!
