Points positifs : Everything was great. The apartment was clean, with an excellent location, easy check-in, and very friendly staff. The atmosphere was authentic, with real French furniture – exactly what we were looking for to experience the true Parisian lifestyle. That is why we chose this apartment, and it fully met our expectations. Many thanks to the staff for their warm welcome. If we return to Paris, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Points positifs : The property was perfect for a small family, excellent location and felt very Parisian. Staff were very responsive.

Fabulous stay in central Paris with very comfy beds!

Points positifs : Fantastic central location. Loved the decor and the balcony. Very clean with really comfortable beds including full sized sofa bed plus another single sofa bed. Fabulous shower with a separate toilet.

Points négatifs : The lift was very small so we took the 3 flights instead, though it was useful for the luggage. The hallway and stairs could do with a refurb. The apartment slept 5 of us and a baby but better suited to a family of 3 or 4 as the smaller bedroom felt cramped with the double bed. Maybe a smaller table would be better on the balcony in order to sit more than 1.

Perfect location to visit Paris

Points positifs : Location is perfect to visit Paris, inside apartment was nice but small.

Points négatifs : Small rooms, small lift, old building. Noise in the street.

Would recommend and stay again.

Points positifs : The apartment was gorgeous. Enough space for a family of 5 to be comfortable. It was really hot when we got there but the Merveil team had already put plenty of fans in each area. We were sent a helpful video which explained how to find and access the building. There was an elevator which was very narrow so we needed to do a couple of trips to bring our luggage to the apartment but that's no bother. Loads of restaurants, boulangeries and shops on the doorstep. Right near the metro which we used several times a day. Car park nearby (chargeable) so we didn't have far to walk when we got there. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Points négatifs : This wasn't a problem for us but something to bear in mind. The owners send information about just a few rules of the apartment. One of which is to keep the noise down after 9pm and no visitors that are not on the booking. We had no complaints. The rules are perfectly reasonable.

Points positifs : Ideale Lage, sauber, gut ausgestattet und in perfektem Zustand.

Una meravigliosa perla nel cuore di Parigi

Points positifs : Posizione top. A qualche minuto da Notre Dame. Zona servita da tutto nel 1 arrondissement. La casa è fornita veramente di tutto e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Lo staff super disponibile. Ci ha fornito tutto quello che ci serviva e tutte le informazioni precise. È un vero gioiello nel cuore della città.

Points positifs : Konumu muhteşemdi.. metro, uber, yürüyerek Paris’in en uygun noktalarından biri.. seyahat adına gayet iyi bir nokta.. ev içinde her türlü konfor bulunuyor.. çok güzel bir deneyimdi..

Points négatifs : Öne çıkan bir eksiklik bulunmuyor.. tek eksik kullan-at terlik😊.. terlik olsa çok daha iyi olacaktı..

Points positifs : 地理位置优越，去圣母院、卢浮宫等步行可达，周边地铁等也很近。 附近有家超市，物品齐全，自己做饭等生活方便。 房子本身也是老建筑，很美；有两个小阳台，其中客厅的阳台有小桌可以两人坐，很惬意。

Oud appartement op perfecte locatie.

Points positifs : De locatie is fantastisch. De woonkamer/keuken en 1e slaapkamer is prima. Badkamer en toilet ook prima. Bedden zijn goed. De lift is erg klein, maar functioneel.

Points négatifs : Het appartement was matig schoon. De 2e slaapkamer is erg klein en moeilijk schoon te maken, omdat het bed bijna tot de grond komt. Wel vrij duur, maar dat is alles in Parijs. De vloer is oud en best mooi, maar kraakt wel erg.
