Points positifs : The apartment’s greatest strength is its location. The nearest metro station is just around the corner, and a large grocery store is located directly across the street. The city center and the Latin Quarter are only a 5 - 10 minute walk away, placing many sightseeing attractions within easy reach.

Points négatifs : We experienced issues with the Wi-Fi; although we could connect to the network, the internet speed was very poor, forcing us to rely on our mobile roaming data instead.

Cozy well-located apartment

Points positifs : We had a great stay at this cozy apartment in central Paris! The location is perfect, within walking distance of Notre Dame, a short 10-minute bus ride to the Louvre, and with a direct RER B connection to CDG Airport. The apartment had everything we needed, including strong hot water, good heating, and even a cooler for warmer days. Having a supermarket right across the street was very convenient. The owner was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. The flat is on the 4th floor and accessible only by stairs, but since we had small trolley bags, it was completely fine. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for the location!

Points positifs : Great location and really clean. The building is very classic and it was amazing staying there. The room is exactly as described and the host makes all and beyond for a great stay and accommodate your needs. The shower is great as well and have warm and strong water. Not sure if that’s common in Paris but it was really good

Points négatifs : The stairs and being in the 4th floor is not ideal specially to climb the luggage.

Great neighbourhood, great tourist location

Points positifs : A quiet, lovely, cozy apartment in an excellent position for transport links to tourist spots and easy walking distance to them as well. Walk to 4th floor was no problem for a 73 year old!

Points positifs : Friendly host, always in touch and very polite. Good location, the main sights can be reached on foot. The area is very successful. Ira has many cafes and shops for various needs

Points positifs : Comunicarea cu gazda e un lucru pozitiv, la fel ca si disponibilitatea acesteia pt a rezolva orice solicitare. Pozituonarea fata de obiectivele turistice este f buna. Raportul calitate-pret f bun.

Points négatifs : Canapeaua este cam mica, dar nu e neaparat o problema.

Points positifs : Централно местоположение ,всички забележителности на пешеходно разстояние,наоколо много барове ,пекарни, ресторанти и нощен живот.Апартаментът не е голям, но е така организиран че има абсолютно всичко за кратък и по дълъг престой бяхме трима и ни беше достатъчно комфортно.Има гледка към двора и усещането че си парижанин 😊Да, стълбата е тесничка за по натоварени туристи ,но за нас беше добре.

Points négatifs : Адресът е малко объркан ,беше другата сграда от посочения адрес,но ние го намерихме по снимката на вратата .

Points positifs : Posizione perfetta!!!! Il quartiere molto tranquillo e fornito di tutto. L’appartamento seppur piccolo accogliente e adeguato per due persone.

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, a meno che non abbiate difficoltà con le scale, in quanto è al quarto piano senza

Points positifs : L’appartamento è situato in ottima posizione per la visita della città, vicino alla Metro e a una numerosa scelta di locali. Si presenta pulito, con letti comodi e fornito di tutti i conforts.
