Loved our little stay in Paris, was the perfect place for our 3 day trip
Points positifs : I loved the location is was absolutely perfect we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The shower was lovely and was much appreciated after long cold days. Super comfortable and warm cosy apartment.
Points négatifs : The pillows on the bed were so high we got bad neck aches and couldn’t sleep with them! Very uncomfortable! But the replacements we were given were much better. The automatic light outside the apartment was going on and off and is very bright outside during the night would suggest an eye mask.

Points positifs : The location was excellent, close to all the sights. A cosy studio in the heart of Paris. supermarket across the road, was able to cook a lovely meal. Great shower and washing machine. I recommend this wonderful place, will definitely come back again.

Small apartment in a fabulous location
Points positifs : Fabulous location near the latin quarter, train station to airport, and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions... washing machine a bonus
Points négatifs : Had trouble working out the doors lock even with the instructions .. bathroom very small and compact .

Points positifs : The studio is cosy but it is clean. The location in more than perfetc: very close to the tube station, restaurants (very good), bakery, supermarkets. You can find everything very close. The owner are very helpful and kind. I recommend this studio and when I will come in Paris I really hope to come back here.

Beautiful Studio, comfortable & top location
Points positifs : Top stay in this chic little studio with comfortable beds. Small kitchen, but well-equipped. We were in a quiet inner courtyard in complete safety. The flat is very well located next to Notre Dame and Saint Germain des Prés, we were able to visit the Louvre in 15 minutes and the quays. The metro and RER are just a 1-minute walk away, making it easy to visit all the sights of Paris. The host Mériem and Stéphane were always very quick to communicate. Thank you for this perfect stay, we will return during our next stay in July.
Points négatifs : Nothing really except the bathroom, which is a bit small.

Great stay - clean, put together appartments close to all the action.
Points positifs : Very good location, so close to good food, Notre Dame, and the metro. Had a nice kitchen/living area and washer/dryer.
Points négatifs : Small bed was tight for two people. Small bathroom was hard to manoeuvre in but not surprising for Paris.

A very comfortable place to stay.
Points positifs : really great size for 1 person or a couple. Handy to restaurants/bars, easy walk to the Seine, Notre Dame, Academie of medicine, City University of Paris. Metro very close.
Points négatifs : V minor things. A top sheet for when too hot for the Duvet would be good, would also be good to have somewhere to hang washing rather than need to use washer/dryer.

Great area and hosts, would definitely recommend it.
Points positifs : The hosts are exceptionally nice and helpful, everything was very easy regarding the location arrival, check-in process. If you are looking for a great area to stay in while in Paris, a decent size flat - this is the place for you. I will surely come back again.

We loved our holiday in Paris, we did not stay in the property spring the day anyway.
Points positifs : The property was nice and well equipped with all the necessary things. We were very happy for the location, - all the sites around the corner and metro station Oden ~50 m from our the doorstep.
Points négatifs : The property was very tiny, when the sofa was folded out, there was almost no floor space left. It was pretty humid with bad ventilation.
