Points positifs : We spent two days in the center of Paris and had a great experience. The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly central — perfect for exploring the city on foot. The owner was very kind and helpful, especially in accommodating our request for a late check-out. The complimentary coffee and tea for breakfast were a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Points positifs : The location was amazing. So much life on the streets below the apartment. Even though it was a busy area, apartment was quiet. The apartment had everything we needed, even coffee supplied that lasted out whole stay.

Points positifs : Location is absolutely superb, could not be better - short walk to the Louvre, very short walk to the metro and RER at Les Halles, loads of buzzing cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood, some supermarkets nearby also

Points négatifs : The 2 flights of narrow stairs were a bit awkward with luggage but I imagine this is routine for most apartments that are in such a central suburb so it shouldn’t be regarded as an issue of this property specifically, rather a trade-off for most apartments in central Paris

Points positifs : Great place in Paris! Just few minutes to walk to Les Halles and Pont Neuf! Cozy atmosphere just like you would visit a friend.

Points négatifs : Sometimes a bit hard to get fresh air into the place as there are doves right in front of the window.

Points positifs : The apartment was clean and the location is perfect.

Points négatifs : It was a little small for 4 people. I think its best suited for 3 or 2 people.

Points positifs : The location was excellent and it’s easy to reach every part of the city from here. Right next to the apartment is a big mall, Les Halles, with reasonable prices and all the usual shops. There are also plenty of nice places nearby for breakfast and dinner, which made our stay even more convenient. Thank you to the host for the quick response.

Points négatifs : In general, for longer stays my husband and I prefer to rent an apartment — it’s convenient to have a washing machine, iron, and refrigerator. Unfortunately, the cleanliness here was disappointing. We even found socks left in the washing machine from previous guests, so we couldn’t use it, which made it clear that the apartment hadn’t been properly checked or cleaned after the last stay. The refrigerator was quite old and noisy, and there was a build-up of ice inside. We had seen some reviews mentioning similar issues but decided to ignore them, as location was our top priority — and this place is well located for Paris. That’s why we brought our own bedding. Unfortunately, there were only two bath towels provided for the entire stay.

Points négatifs : Older apartment and the age shows. Some TLC and updates will make this beyond exceptional.
