Points positifs : l'emplacement etait parfait pour les visites prévues et appartement confortable pour un couple

Points négatifs : heureusement que nous ne sommes pas accrocs de la télévision car nous avons été incapable de la faire fonctionner....

Points positifs : The location is incredible with easy access to so many restaurants within a 20 minute walking radius. The most important landmarks of Paris are of easy reach due to the metro stations being so well located.

Points négatifs : The showers had veryt weak water pressure, therefore, it was pretty inconvenient to have showers. The street is very noisy, but that is something you will have to endure considering the locations accessibility to the great Paris locations.

We had a great time in a perfect location.

Points positifs : Very comfortable bed, location excellent for restaurants and walkable to many tourist attractions. Next to the train station, nicely decorated, loved the leather dog. Lift was a bonus to bring suitcase up one level to apartment..

Points négatifs : The toilet was not working, button was not in the wall and were unable to flush. Host was responsive once message seen. You can hear street noise, once shutters closed it slightly helped, neighbours entering other apartments were noisy at times.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Great location, near to lots of cafes & easy walk to some of Paris’ best attractions. The apartment had everything we needed and was well set up. Host was extremely helpful and responsive.

Perfect location, would definitely stay there again.

Points positifs : Perfect location! A short walk from Chatelet-Les Halles, therefore easy transport to both Charles de Gaulle and Orly with the RER, as well as all other parts of Paris with the metro. A short walk to the Louvre and to Notre Dame. Lovely neighbourhood, lots of cafés and restaurants.

A lovely decorated first floor apartment in a great location.

Points positifs : Great location, lift for suitcases, lovely decor, amenities provided, comfortable big sofa bed for third person, separate toilet from shower room, lots of local restaurants around property.

Points négatifs : The square euro pillows on the bed, prefer normal pillows. Needed a clothes airer to dry clothes as washer but no dryer, managed to use the shower room heated towel rail instead.

Great apartment at a fantastic location.

Points positifs : Fantastic location, comfortable apartment for two people, traffic is great, boulangerie is close across the street, many cafés, restaurants. Beautiful part of the city.

Exceptional property in the center of Paris

Points positifs : Very clean and tidy including very last detail. Fully equipped with all necessary appliances.

Points positifs : que a entrega foi feita pessoalmente por uma pessoa enviada pelo proprietário. A localização do apartamento é excelente

Points négatifs : o previsto era pegar as chaves em uma loja, mas felizmente o proprietário pediu para entregarem pessoalmente na porta do edificio. A pessoa que estava no estabelecimento comercial não fala inglês e é extremamente mal educado. Não recomendo que continuem usando o modo de entrega. Se não falasse frencês teria sido um grande problema

Points positifs : Limpieza, espacio. Ubicación excelente. Flexibilidad en la hora de entrada y en la hora de salida, lo que favoreció muchísimo la organización y aprovechar tanto el primer día como el último.

Points négatifs : El apartamento se ajustaba exactamente a lo que necesitaba, en cuanto a espacio, limpieza y ubicación. No hay nada negativo a comentar. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
