Points positifs : Arrivée vraiment « wahou » dans ce magnifique logement, décoration tout à fait à nos goûts, et tous les équipements nécessaires. Très bonne literie. Plusieurs vues sur les toits, typiquement parisien. Logement extrêmement bien situé dans Paris. Un accueil chaleureux et agréable par l’hôte qui a été très arrangeant par ailleurs.

Points négatifs : Nous avons eu des problèmes de chauffage et donc très froid mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et à l’écoute.

Points positifs : Emplacement ideal. Appartement propre et bien équipé.

Points positifs : it’s a really amazing and comfortable place! The bed was very neat and comfortable and the room was clean and warm. The place is a few minutes walk from the Louvre and metro station, there are many bars nearby which are very pleasant and the surroundings are very safe for walking. The landlord is very welcoming and he would like to help with any questions as he could, my friend and I were very happy to stay here and we would choose this place again next time.

A great stay in center of Paris. We were two adults and one 8yr old, and we all loved the stay.

Points positifs : The location of the apartment is perfect! The apartment is newly renovated, fresh feel. Lot's of light coming from the windows, even though there is no great views. As the windows open to the interior courtyard, the apartment is very quiet.

Points négatifs : The only slight discomfort is the fact that there is no elevator, but as we like to stay in shape, this was a great bonus to walk the stairs.

Points positifs : The location is excellent, perfect for walking or using public transportation to get anywhere easily. I’d say it’s truly ideal. The room is clean and spacious. My husband loves the house’s style, which brings back memories of his childhood. The host is so nice to allow an early check in, which is very helpful.

Points négatifs : It’s located on the 5th floor of the building, and there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up all the stairs. This can be challenging for seniors or anyone who isn’t very physically able, and it should be clearly mentioned when booking. We managed fine this time, but we felt lucky we hadn’t brought my mom along on the trip.
