Points positifs : L’emplacement en face de la Fnac de Montparnasse .Vous pouvez aller dans Paris à pied ( musées , restaurant) Très bel appartement spacieux et clair, confortable . Vous pouvez cuisiner sans problème
Points négatifs : Pas de chauffage pendant notre séjour . Travaux ds l’immeuble. Nous étions au courant mais pensions en avoir le soir le propriétaire nous a fait un prix Pas de chance pour nous .le propriétaire était désolé je pense

Points positifs : Appartement très propre, très bien équipé. Juste, il n'y a pas de TV. Mais pour notre cours séjour c'était parfait

Superbe appartement parisien, idéalement situé.
Points positifs : L'appartement est propre, refait à neuf, et idéalement placé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la Gare Montparnasse. Il est très calme, spacieux, et confortable, avec en plus un balcon avec vue sur le quartier Montparnasse. L'une des chambres donnant sur le boulevard, l'autre sur une cour intérieure. Les échanges avec le propriétaire sont simples et efficaces.
Points négatifs : L'appartement est au 5e étage sans ascenseur.

Points positifs : Grand appartement, très agréable, avec 2 belles chambres. Grand salon, salle à manger. Idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare Montparnasse et des métros. Nous étions 5 et avons apprécié ce logement.
Points négatifs : Rien. Attention juste au fait que l'appartement est au 5e étage, sans ascenseur. Cela peut incommoder les voyageurs avec des bagages lourds.

Overall the stay is enjoyable apart from the level 5 walk-up
Points positifs : Central locations with fabulous public transport connection to major attractions. Plenty of restaurants along the main road and with McDonald's just downstairs for quick bites.
Points négatifs : Unfortunately the apartment is a walk-up which is understandable given the architecture and construct. However, it wasnt immediately obvious to us during booking so it was a bummer. The apartment is situated on 5 floor. If you have lots of luggages, get ready to lug them up and down. Also if you have young children or someone with knee issues in the traveling party, please take note of this walk-up requirement.

Excellent!
Points positifs : We had a great stay in Paris. What stood out most was the host’s attention and concern in making sure we received all the information and access needed to enter the house smoothly, which made our arrival very easy. When we arrived, the apartment was already warm and comfortable, which was especially appreciated on a cold day. The beds were comfortable, and the accommodations were clean and pleasant, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Location near Metro - 5* Overall, a very nice place to stay, and we would happily recommend it.
Points négatifs : As for minor downsides, the old wooden floor makes some noise when walking, but this is understandable given the age and charm of the building. Also, the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator, but nothing that two good legs can’t handle.
