Parfait !!

Points positifs : L emplacement est topissime . L appartement est grand pour un appartement Parisien . Tout est pensé pour que les hôtes ne manquent de rien .. Adresse à retenir absolument !!

Points négatifs : Petit bémol pour le bruit assez fort du caisson dans la chambre ( système de chauffage? ) ... à capitonner peut-être pour parfaire le logement ?

Très bonne expérience, absolument à recommander.

Points positifs : La situation de l‘appartement était très bien, proche de tout. Le logement était propre et il ne manquait rien.

Great location

Points positifs : Great location for exploring Paris , good communication from host .

Points négatifs : Was expecting a bigger apartment, the photos on booking.com also have the other flat so slightly misleading.

Points positifs : The location is great, walk distance to most popular attractions, also the neighborhood is really clean, safe and full of restaurants and shops. The apartment is really well equipped but we specially loved the living room downstairs with all the boardgames, books and toys. It is ideal for families with children.

Points négatifs : The electric bolier. My children had two short showers in the studio, and for the third person the water was already cold. And the towels are very small and thin, not proper shower towels. Also you only get one towel by person, so no towels for hands, hair...in the studio, at least.

Perfect location to enjoy Paris

Points positifs : The apartment is big, cozy, clean and located on perfect location. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Host is very professional, helpful and reachable. We walked everywhere. It’s close to the nice restaurants, Cathédrale Notre-Dame, Jardin du Luxembourg… kids loved staying at apartment, since is decorated with comic and it has toys. There are recommendations by host about restaurants, bars and tourist guide books+ family guide Paris, I find it very inspiring. On top of all good experience, I felt very safe in the evening.

Points positifs : The position was great, the owner agreed with all our request for the check-in and the check-out, and the equipment for the kids was perfect. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable

Points négatifs : Even though the owner has been very kind, the check-in was not in presence, nowadays it is a very common practice but is not in line with expectations of visitors, since there is no direct contacts between owners and visitors, which is very important in the tourist sector. Visitors always need suggestions and owners should be present at the check-in to confirm that everything is ok. In the apartment everything was good except for a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, which are adjacent to the bedroom and negatively impact on the quality-price relation. The hot water for the shower is limited, in particular for the needs of older people.

Points positifs : Excellent location. Walking or bus or metro easy. Tidy, clean, you have everything you need. The landlord is Excellent, very helpful. We recommend 100%. Will cơm back.

Fantastisch appartement voor gezinnen

Points positifs : Heel fijne locatie, door de ligging en de ruimte zelf. Leuk dat er een gevulde speelkamer bij zit. Het appartement is ideaal voor gezinnen die naast het verkennen van de stad ook de rust opzoeken thuis.

Points négatifs : De handdoeken roken niet fris. Het beddengoed zaten ook vlekken op (onder de bovenste lakens).

Points positifs : We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and this property was excellent for all our needs, loads of space, very clean and excellent location in the Latin Quarter, 15 walk down to Notre Dame, on loads of bus routes...would highly recommend
