Amazing family trip to Paris
Points positifs : The location is perfect, on a big boulevard, close to the main attractions (20-30 minutes away from almost everything). The apartment is well divided, nicely decorated, practical and full of light. All 3 beds (a queen bed and 2 convertibile sofas) are comfortable, there is a big table that accomodated all 5 of us, big smart TV, nice bathroom with separate heating and always hot water, no matter the hour. It was warm enough inside, but we had also the possibility of using the ceiling ventilation if we wanted. We had everything we needed, we are happy with the accommodation choice we made. Paris is a very expensive city and sometimes even if you pay a lot you are not satisfied with the conditions. It was very clean, intimate and private (we had one of the 6 apartments which have a private entrance in the building). Everything is secured, self check-in and self check-out. Sanaa was very nice and accomodated all our needs. Thank you!

Points négatifs : Without some cleaning cloth for washing dish…! I stayed there for preparing some early breakfast for my daughters. Actually, the weather is cold! We need to take some food first for recovery our energy

Perfect apartment in the heart of Paris
Points positifs : Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to d’Orsay and Louvre. Very quiet building. Apartment is modern and well cared for. Check-in and check-out super easy. Lovely place

Small cozy apartment at walking distance from Tour Eiffel
Points positifs : Very easy and fast check-in, nice and new building (with elevator) in a very stylish central area of Paris. Quiet apartment, well soundproofed even if at the first floor. Bathroom with bidet (!) and heated towel rail. Confortable and quite big sofa beds. Nespresso coffee machine.
Points négatifs : Apartment more oriented to fashion and style than practicalities but it's a very minor detail in comparison with the positive things. There are 6 (real) sleeping places but the apartment is very small, more suggested for 4 people than 5 or 6 (we are a family of 5). No freezer. Inductions stove with only 2 burners. No roller shutters only curtains that let in the light in the morning. No contacts from the owner during the stay to ask if everything was going fine.

Enchanting apartment in great Paris neighborhood
Points positifs : Our family of five loved this charming, spacious apartment (per Paris standards), easy access to the Louvre and major sights, local restaurants and Le Grande Epicerie, comfy beds, and romantic street views from our windows. Elevator and being on first floor made it easy to move our luggage. It was a lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood in Paris. The staff was very kind and very helpful!
Points négatifs : It was a bit tricky making use of the one washer and one dryer available to the many residents in our section.

Points positifs : Posizione eccezionale vicina a fermata metro e fermata autobus. Quartiere autentico e poco commerciale/turistico.Apoartamento molto accogliente, ben accessoriato e pulito
Points négatifs : Metterei uno specchio più illuminato in bagno e ganci per appendere le salviette, si tratta di piccole minuzie.

В целом апартаменты хорошие, с мелкими недочетами. Для проживания максимум 4 человек рекомендую.
Points positifs : Отличное расположение, Рядом все исторические достопримечательности, бутики (Hermes, Moncler, Van Cleef и прочие), ТЦ со всевозможными брендами одежды и парфюмерии (в основном люкс, премиум, масс маркет мало) кафе, рестораны, маркеты с продуктами. Номер хорошо оформлен. Кровать, белье, хорошего качества. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым для комфортного проживания: посуда, кафе машина, чайник, минихолодильник.
Points négatifs : Апартаменты окнами выходят на проезжую улицу, летом будет шумно. Шторы в спальне приходилось всегда держать закрытыми, иначе с улицы все видно как в аквариуме. Очень большой стол в гостинной, из за него становится тесно. Нас было 4 человека, и это предел для проживания, хотя на сайте отмечено как для 6. Одна ванная комната, в ней вентиляционная окно-отверстие сообщается прямо с улицей. Если бы на улице было холодней, то в душевой было бы холодно.
