Points positifs : Emplacement idéal, superbe appartement, très confortable, chaleureux, je recommande vivement cette location.

Top emplacement, hyper cosy

Points positifs : Top emplacement. Propre et cosy. Bémol sur les essentiel : ni sel ni poivre même pas d’essuie-tout. Ustensiles de cuisine plus que réduit. Ça nous a pas empêché de vraiment profiter du séjour. Hôte hyper réactif et agréable

Great apartment close to amenities

Points positifs : Brilliant Apartment in a great location , shops ,bars and restaurants just round the corner from the property and all the attractions of Paris within easy reach ,

Excellent centralized apartment amidst everything one likes to see in Paris.

Points positifs : The location in the Montorgueil neighborhood is perfect. Museums, a large choice of restaurants and cafés, great shops, the Halles, Sacré Cœur and Notre Dame are all at a small distance. Easy private access to the apartments. Excellent place for a longer stay.

Points négatifs : No elevator. For elderly people to reach the apartments on the 4th and 5th floor is quite hard, especially if one likes to go in and out several times in a day. Advisable to ask for an apartment on the 1st or 2nd floor.

A pleasant and cozy stay in Paris

Points positifs : We had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was much larger than most places in Paris, which is exactly why we chose it, and it was perfectly comfortable for two people. The home was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The only small downside was that we were given just one set of towels for a one-week stay, it would have been great to have an extra set. As for the stairs, many people mentioned they were steep, and they were right. :D But we managed for the week. The neighborhood was truly amazing, lively, convenient, and close to everything we needed. If we come back to Paris again, we would definitely choose this area once more. We loved our time in Paris and hope to return <3

Points positifs : Awesome location of this small, clean, quiet and functional apartment. You walk out the door and are just a few steps from all of the great dining options on Rue Montergueil. It’s also an easy walk to the Louvre. Washer/dryer was an added bonus. And staff were super responsive and helpful.

Points négatifs : Just be aware that the stairs are very narrow and winding. Getting a full sized suitcase up and down is a physical challenge. The apartment is on the fifth floor (Euro fourth).

Points positifs : The apartment has everything you need, from kitchen appliances and fans to extra bedding and even umbrellas if needed. The location is great, with lots of eateries nearby. It’s also within 15min walk of the Seine.

Great clean apartment with amazing location

Points positifs : It was really clean. Perfect location and the staff was very helpful. I only called once for a mistake I made personally but they were very polite! We had everything we needed at the apartment.

Points négatifs : Nothing We had seen on other reviews about the narrow stairs to the 4 th floor . This wasn’t a problem for us but wouldn’t suit some with mibilities concerns
