Super appartement plein centre
Points positifs : -Emplacement central parfait -Bel appartement, on s'y sent bien -Terrasse incroyable, vue typique sur les toits de Paris, avec peu de vis-à-vis -Voisins de l'immeuble calmes -Chauffage : efficacité et facilité de réglage -Equipements : bonne connexion internet, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge -Le sol dont les revêtements permettent de le maintenir à une température agréable
Points négatifs : -Insonorisation des portes-fenêtres très insuffisante : on entend les bruits de la rue quasi comme si on y était, et comme le quartier est relativement animé (camions de livraison le matin, soirées le weekend), les nuits sont fréquemment perturbées (exemple : soirée le vendredi dans un immeuble voisin, impossible de dormir jusqu'à 2h du matin). Si vous n'êtes pas sensibles au bruit extérieur, cet appartement vaut 9 ou 10. Dans mon cas la qualité du sommeil a été insatisfaisante à cause de ces bruits extérieurs trop peu filtrés. -Peu de couvercles pour la cuisine, il en faudrait adaptés à tous les diamètres des contenants disponibles (casseroles, poêle) -Escaliers étroits, pas évident pour les gros bagages (et pas d'ascenseur, comme précisé dans l'annonce)

Points positifs : L’emplacement est vraiment super ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l’appartement était très propre et très agréable pendant ces 4 jours. Tout est à proximité. Magasins, restaurants, transports, etc
Points négatifs : L’appartement est au 5ème étage mais cela était bien mentionné dans l’annonce et n’était pas un problème. Juste attention car les marches sont peut être un peu étroite pour certaines personnes

We thought it was a perfect place to stay and would stay there again.
Points positifs : The location of the apartment was brilliant and we loved having the balcony. Surprisingly quiet apartment as it was close to lots of good cafes, restaurants and boulangeries. Convenient for the metro, railway station and Velib bikes. Plenty exercise going up the stairs to the 5th floor.

Great apartment in the best location
Points positifs : Apartment is in a great location with an amazing terrace. It’s very well looked after and host was very easy to contact and lovely to deal with. We had a great few days and would definitely stay here again. Stairs up are great for the legs
Points négatifs : Nothing bad to say. Host has thought of everything!

Nice flat in amazing location
Points positifs : Nice and cosy flat in the heart of Paris boulangeries! Amazing shops, restaurants, markets, bakeries and Patisseries! Location is perfect (10-15 min by foot to Luvr). The bed is very comfortable. Big shower. Two separated rooms. Fantastic and spacious terrace! Host is very responsive, supportive, and welcomed us with bottle of wine. Strongly recommend!
Points négatifs : Everything was perfect. Just to highlight that it is 5th floor with tiny and spiral stairs. Might be difficult to manage with many huge baggages. But still definitely worth to stay here if you don't have a serious problems with health condition. Noisy during nights in the weekend, but it is expected in such location.

Amazing location and beautiful flat with south facing terrace. Perfect for breakfast in the sun.
Points positifs : Fabulous location, surrounded by boulangerie and restaurants. Perched on side street so usually quiet. Lovely terrace and beautiful airy, sunny flat. Warning - it is up several flights of narrow stairs.

Points positifs : Place is very functional. Hot water all the time. Place is very well heated in winter cold. Balcony has a heater, it’s so nice to sit outside even in the cold. Also balcony retractable awning, it protects you from the sun or rain. We had everything we needed to use like kitchen also was very productive. It’s a beautiful studio for couples. The location was amazing. Nice neighbourhood, all the shops and restaurants around. All popular places is walking distance. I would definitely recommend and I would be coming back to same place for our next Paris trip. Also owner was so nice to us and so helpful.
