Points négatifs : That coffee table near foldable bed is unnecessary and there is no place if you want to use bed. When you check out you must also think about where to take trash out because otherwise you can get some fine

Comfy and cosy stay in great neighbourhood
Points positifs : The location is amazing! A perfect little of slice of Paris right outside the door. We were very comfortable here, it was safe and quiet. Even though it is small there was plenty of storage and everything we needed.
Points négatifs : We used the sofa bed, so we had to find space to store the coffee table when the sofa bed was folded out.

It was very pleasant time, when I visit Paris next time - I will choose this apartment again.
Points positifs : The perfect location, close to most of the sightseeing places, right on the walking street with many cafes, restaurants, shops and even supermarkets. Close to different metro stations, easy to reach any location in Paris. The apartment is quiet and clean, and everything is available for you - kitchen, sofa, tv, large bed in a bedroom. Price-quality-location - the best.

Points positifs : Very clean. The host was also very nice and answered questions quickly. The place had everything I could've asked for.
Points négatifs : The pictures were a little descieving. For some reason I did think it was going to be a little bit bigger. But it was big enough to fit me and my 3 friends.

A very nice property!
Points positifs : This property is located on a very beautiful, pedestrian street, with lots of restaurants and (grocery) stores. The property was very clean and had all we needed in terms of amenities. Our wonderful host, Hélène, made sure our stay was free of stress. The check -in and -out processes were very smooth as well. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Points positifs : A szállás nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el,közel mindenhez.Az utca rendkívül hangulatos.Innen könnyen bejárható minden a közeli metróállomásról.
Points négatifs : A ház valóban kicsi😄és a lenti szoba picit nyirkos,de csak aludni jártunk úgy is haza.

Bine poziționat și comunicare bună cu proprietarul
Points positifs : Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost promptă, am primit informațiile imediat. Locația este bună, sunt mijloace de transport aproape, magazine, cafenele, restaurante. Am avut la dispoziție tot ce ne trebuia, totul era foarte curat.

Points positifs : トータル的に良かったです！ 立地も繁華街で夜遅くまで飲食店が開いてる真ん中にあったので食事には困りませんでした。 車も入ってこれる道なのでUberも問題なく呼べました。 シャワーも問題なく使えましたが、シャワールームの扉の閉め方で床ぎがびしょ濡れになる可能性があるので注意です。
Points négatifs : 気になった点は、ソファベッドだったので、組み立て方の説明書があればスムーズに行く気がしました。私は経験があったのですんなりできましたが。あと、ヒーターの使い方も説明書があった方が良かったと思います。何となく使えましたが。

Points positifs : Locatia este una foarte buna, aproape de magazine, restaurante, metrou, pe o strada frumoasa si animata. Proprietatea are electrocasnice precum uscator de par, fier de calcat, plita, frigider, pahare si tot ce este necesar.
Points négatifs : Curatenia nu era una foarte buna, podeaua nu parea sa fi fost aspirata sau curatata, iar la desfacerea canapelei era foarte mult praf sub aceasa. Baia este extrem de mica, dormitorul este practic in pivnita, fara geamuri, iar scarile sunt destul de dificile si mici. Nu recomand acesta cazare unei persoane mai corpolente si nici daca aveti bagaje mai mari. Videoproiectorul din dormitor lipsea, si desi am contactat proprietara si i am spus ca acesta nu se afla pe noptiera, nu am primit un raspuns clar, asa ca un “movie night” nu a fost posibil.
