Points positifs : Property is good, but bit far from main tourist location

Points négatifs : there was sofa bed but it is broken and no fan in the living room

Good stay close to la Concorde and Madeleine

Points positifs : - location - space: 3 good rooms - light (plenty of windows) - good overall equipment for 5/6 people

Points négatifs : - needs some refurbishments (dish washer not effective, bathrooms walls need cleaning, kitchen needs upgrade) - elevator wasn’t working: we had to carry all the luggage to the 3rd floor - sofa needs to be replaced (uncomfortable) - tv wasn’t working (we reported but still wasn’t working when we left) - internet was slow

Amazing stay, I couldn’t have asked for more

Points positifs : The property is just amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were with older people and I’m really glad we could get an early check in, there was an elevator, and the heating system was working so well. Also the rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. You are 3 minutes from La Concorde and 1 minute from the madeleine.

Points positifs : Everything was great. The property location is great with brand stores right around the corner, metro one and a half blocks away as well as the Concord square and river for beautiful evening walks. The apartment was perfect for 6 people ( it has an additional half bath that was a lifesaver) with everything that is needed for breakfasts and lunches, and also included a washer and a dishwasher. Our flight got delayed so someone reached out to me to find out when was the approximate time of our arrival. They met us at the property after our long delay, showed inside and overall were always a pleasure to speak with and very responsive to all our questions. On the last day we left our luggage in their office free of charge. You can do it on the first day as well (if you have an early arrival) as long as it is within their working office hours. The office is located on the opposite side of Louvre which is a 15 mins walk from the apartment.

Points négatifs : There was nothing that we disliked, but there are a few things worth mentioning. Something to be aware of is that the apartment is on the second floor (3rd in American standards I believe) with a tiny elevator that fits 2 people. So if you have a baby and a large stroller (think basinet style stroller), I would keep it downstairs or ask the hosting company for exact measurements of the elevator if you don't want to carry it 55 steps up and down daily ( we counted for fun with my kids).

Points positifs : Расположение классное, прямо в самом сердце Парижа, две комнаты выходят на французский дворик, там очень тихо. Классные апартаменты, большие с уютными спальнями, очень удобные кровати!! Рядом много бутиков

Points négatifs : В спальне с выходом на улицу в один из дней было сильно слышно бар рядом. К тому же, в один из дней пьяные соседи снизу решили включить музыку очень громко и мы никак не могли на это повлиять

Points positifs : Apartamento amplo e iluminado, cozinha bem equipada. Localização excepcional. Os funcionários da Sweet são excelentes. Prestativos e atenciosos. Ainda contam com servico de guarda volume.
