Elégant appartement dans le quartier Concorde à Paris

Wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff, and well priced.

Points positifs : The location was superb, and the flat was very clean and a really good size for a family of 5. The decor was stylish and included all amenities (washer/dryer, iron, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, hairdryer). Very well priced for such a central location.

Points négatifs : There was nothing negative about the property.

Great location, convenient and comfortable for families

Points positifs : The location was great, we were able to walk to all main attractions and there were bus stops/metro outside our doorstep. As a family of 6 this apartment provided the best comfort and safety, initially I had looked for hotels, but this would have required 3 separate rooms costing double the price of this apartment. Our handover person, Luisa was lovely. Although she does not speak english, we managed to communicate using Google Translate and it was not difficult to understand how to lock up and use the keys. I did notice other people staying in the building were not locking the front door safely as we had found it open several times. When we arrived, Luisa did quickly run the supermarket to grab us some toilet roll which was not there. The dining table was large enough for all 6 of us, and there were cutlery, plates, cookware provided too. Lots of facilities were provided such as an iron, airer, washing machine etc, which we weren't even expecting.

Points négatifs : Would have been nice if we had an option to check in early, I wouldn't mind paying an extra charge to go in 1-2 hours early to put our bags in.

Points positifs : The location is perfect. You can walk to the Louvre, Concorde…There is a metro stop nearby, as well as supermarkets.

Points négatifs : The sofa bed is quite old and somewhat uncomfortable.

Points positifs : Konumu harika..asansör olması avantajlı idi..ev sahibi ilk aşamada geç dönüş yaptı ama genel olarak olanakları iyi bir evdi. Konumu çok güzeldi heryere yürüyerek gidebildik..

Points négatifs : Yataklar daha temiz olmalı, çarşaflar yorganlar iç alezler temiz değildi pek..mutfak eşyaları da temiz değildi biz yıkadık hepsini tekrardan

Apartment was nice, we were well greeted upon arrival, overall a good stay.

Points positifs : Nice size, beds comfortable , location close to metro but a little further walking to some of attractions but we liked to walk Good appliances available and pretty well Stocked kitchen Larger space was nice .

Points négatifs : The metro is so close when the streets were quiet between 12am and maybe 230am the metro made loud rumbling noise every few minutes that actually startled me at first as I thought something had hit the building And we thought there was ac as there was a gauge but in asking there was not . My error but we could have used it as it was too noisy to sleep with windows open . Not enough towels for 3 people for 4 days.

Points positifs : Todo. La comunicación fluida con el encargado, no tuvimos ningún problema en el check in, siempre atentos a las dudas. Su ubicación, cerca de todo. Lo cómodo del Depto, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una gran estadía en Paris! Volvería de todas maneras!

Points négatifs : Que realmente solo tiene un baño.

Great for a group of 4 tourists visiting Paris for the first time.

Points positifs : The location was amazing and super convenient. Ten minute walk to the louvre or opera, and the metro station was just down our street for anything else farther away. Apartment was exactly as pictured and in great shape.

Points négatifs : The front door lock was a little difficult to operate, but you get used to it after a couple of times.

Viaje familiar Paris

Points positifs : El apartamento es ideal para ir solo, pareja o familia con niños en mi caso. Tiene todas las comodidades de tu casa y la ubicación inmejorable. Ademas de restaurantes, supermercados, metro,... a unos minutos. La zona es totalmente segura mas cuando vas con niños que es lo que yo valore. Nos hemos podido mover por todo Paris andando y en metro. Una estancia y viaje perfecto. Desde luego recomendable 100% y repetiremos si volvemos.

Points positifs : Love the location, serval tasty places nearby to eat, short walk to trains and the Louvre.

Points négatifs : The only issue was that the entry door from the outside requires a button to exit which is poorly labeled and the lobby is often dark. Since the host explained everything except how to get out, it took us a minute to figure it out on our own. But really nothing too stressful.
