Great place - very authentic and comfortable for very reasonable price.
Points positifs : Location is superb. The very center of the city - 1 min walk from Madeleine, 2 min to Place de Concorde, 10 min from Louvre. The flat was perfectly equipped with all white goods (washing machine, microwave, oven, TV, etc. - the list on the property description is 100% correct), everything was clean and in working order. Beds were comfortable (all of them) and the premise is really suited to host 4 people (in our case - 2 adults and 2 teenagers). And there's an elevator! 100% proof Paris center elevator to which you can barely squeeze 2 people provided they really like each other
Points négatifs : Some may say it's a bit noisy, especially during morning. First if you like quiet neighborhood, the center of Paris is definitely not quiet so forest camp may be a much better choice. Second the sounds of the city is just a part of experience, so we actually considered the street noise a benefit of \

Points positifs : El Departamento es muy lindo y cómodo. Tal cual las fotos. La ubicación es excelente !!!
Points négatifs : La atencion, faltaba luz sobre la mesa (focos quemados) y no respondían los mensajes. Luego me informaron que no podían repararlo.

Polecam obiekt zdecydowanie. Świetna cena. Bardzo blisko do stacji metra i do zwiedzanych miejsc.
Points positifs : Obiekt świetnie wyposażony. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne. Czysto, w łazience kosmetyki do higieny.
Points négatifs : Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że jest bardzo głośno, zarówno od strony klatki schodowej, jak i z ulicy. Rano te hałasy mogą przeszkadzać.

Top Apartment mit super Lage und guter Ausstattung
Points positifs : Super Lage. Praktische Ausstattung, mit allem was man braucht. Mit Wlan, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler. Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Betten waren bezogen und Hand- und Badetücher vorhanden. Appartement ist gross genug für 4 Personen. Schönes Bad mit grosser Dusche, die super funktioniert. Immer genug Warmwasser. Küche auch praktisch und mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet.
Points négatifs : Sofabett etwas unbequem. Lärm wegen Metro unter dem Haus und Recyclingunternehmen gegenüber, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Reinigung nicht top, aber ausreichend. Für 4 Personen wäre mehr Besteck wünschenswert.

Wonderful experience overall and greatful for the kindness of the apartment management to meet our needs.
Points positifs : Apartment location was amazing and central to everything. Apartment was perfect size for our needs:
Points négatifs : Only complaint was with the heat and humidity, air conditioning is a must. Air circulation in the apartment was not great even with two fans, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The addition of AC would make this the perfect apartment.

Points négatifs : 수건 비누 세탁 세제 챙겨오세요 손닦는 비누 고장났고 샤워기가 많이 낡았어요 소음은 다른 후기만큼 새벽에 있어요
