Comfortable spacious apartment in Paris with easy access to Metro

Points positifs : Everything was nice and clean. The hosts left a bottle of wine as a welcome guest. The beds were comfortable. The access instructions were very clear. It is in a gated complex so there is that feeling of extra safety.

Points négatifs : The windows only have curtains and they don't fully cover the windows so there would be light shining into the bedroom from the cracks left by the curtains. There was only 1 pillow available for each person. My wife and I both like it when properties have 2 pillows available for each person, but the pillows were comfortable.

Simple, Affordable stay in Paris

Points positifs : Clean and spacious. Supermarket just downstairs. Washing machine comes with dryer. There's lift to apartment! This is great coz we have quite a number of luggages. Simple and accommodates 7 of us comfortably. Host is responsive during stay by WhatsApp.

Points négatifs : Missing of TV controller. We have young children and TV keep them quiet but we have difficulties to navigate the TV apps.

Points positifs : The apartment is huge with plenty of room for the 5 of us. All the amenities you would require including a washing machine/dryer and full kitchen.

Points positifs : Out of the centre of Paris with loads of places go eat, close to the supermarket,

Points négatifs : Saturday night was noisy in the early hours, could do with more comfortable chairs as only one sofa for up to 8 people

Enjoyable. With the closeness of restaurants etc it made it easy to explore Paris.

Points positifs : The apartment and its rooms was spacious. It suited our groups needs with two bathrooms. This the apartment was secure with a locked gate for entry. The apartment was close to many restaurants,supermarket and train stations - both Metro and main Trainline.

Points négatifs : The left a bottle of wine for us but there was limited glasses to drink it. The neighbourhood was very vibrant and colourful, however at times we felt a little uncomfortable.

A wonderful stay in a stunning and very safe apartment

Close to Gare du Nord and Gare Est.Apartment was roomy and handy to a great range of restaurants. Close to metro as well. Would definitely stay here again. Well equipped, comfortable apartment.

Een groot appartement op een goeie locatie!

Points positifs : Een verrassend groot appartement (voor Parijs normen) met goede bedden. De host communiceert in degelijk engels. De ligging is ook goed! Op 10 minuten van het station. Mooi gebouw.

Points négatifs : De hygiëne kon iets beter. Er lag nog leeggoed van de vorige huurder en redelijk wat haar in de badkamers.
