Proche de tout, accessible facilement, pratique pour un court séjour à Paris.
Points positifs : Appartement typique parisien dans un immeuble résidentiel et dans un super quartier, proximité avec le métro. La propriétaire habitait dans l'immeuble et s'est rendue très disponible pour nous aider à récupérer les clefs. Elle nous a même permis de rester une heure de plus dans le logement le jour du départ.

We loved the accommodation, Marion is truly a perfect host!
Points positifs : Everything was beyond our expectations - the flat is beautiful, you get everything you would ever need, from the steamer to the coffee machine. We were greeted with complimentary snacks, water and wine, Marion also prepared delicious breakfast for us. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. If we’re ever back in Paris, we hope to book this flat again!

Cozy apartment in a great location with beautiful views making it a very pleasant stay overall
Points positifs : This apartment is in a very good location, everything is within walking distance, and there is a train station nearby where you can travel to CDG Airport. The apartment is small but tidy, with a very beautiful view from the window. We would give the shower the highest possible rating, as the water pressure is excellent and everything is very clean. The heating system is good, and you can adjust the radiators yourself. The host left welcome sweets and coffee, and there is also a coffee machine available. The host is a very kind woman who provides all the necessary information.
Points négatifs : The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, so it may be quite difficult for people with mobility issues. However, most apartments in Paris are like this, so it wasn’t surprising.

Cozy stay in paris
Points positifs : I enjoyed my solo-stay at the apartment. It was very cozy and spacious for a Parisian accommodation. The apartment had everything I needed - a living room with big windows and a nice view, a separate bedroom, and a small bathroom with a shower and a washing machine (and a lot of bath towels!). As a solo traveler, I cannot imagine anything else I could possibly require. In addition, the host was very friendly and always available in case of questions
Points négatifs : Please note that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, it was tricky to get down with two suitcases. Though I knew that in advance

Amazing apartment, would definitely stay here again.
Points positifs : * The location - the apartment is within walkable distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions, and it's in a quiet neighbourhood. * The interior decoration and cleanliness - I appreciated the comfortable bed, the well-furnished living room, and the clean and well-supplied kitchen and bathroom. One could stay here for weeks because you have a washing machine in the bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove, and everything you might need. * The neighbourhood - there's a grocery store 2 minutes away, an incredible burger place right across, a cheese shop 5 minutes away, and the list can go on forever.
Points négatifs : * The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. It was not a problem for me and my partner, but it might be more inaccessible to others, so please be aware.

Amazing stay could not fault will definitely stay again.
Points positifs : Great location living in a Paris neighbourhood with an exceptional owner who is very helpful and such a lovely lady who also lives in the building.
Points négatifs : The stairs but this is not an uncommon situation for Paris. The building was built in the 1870s so has its own charm. The stairs though allow you to eat all the wonderful food that surrounds the apartment. 🤣

Fantastic place to stay in a local neighborhood near great restaurants
Points positifs : Great apartment in a local Paris neighborhood near great resturants. Easy access to tourist sights. Spacious for a Paris apartment. Highly recommend it as a place to stay.
Points négatifs : Third floor walkup with steep winding steps. Very noisy neighborhood so leaving the windows open is not an option at night, but the windows isloated the noise well when closed.
