Lovely place very close to the station
Points positifs : Lovely apartment super close to Garde du Nord, the owner responded quickly on any questions I had. The place was spacious and everything we needed during our three day stay. There wasn't much noise from the streets and such either, so nights were nice and quiet. Getting in and out was easy, with 2 code-doors, 1 keychain activated door, and finally a normal lock.
Points négatifs : The place was very clean for the most part, but the bathroom has a skylight that seems to have a slight leak. It rained while we were staying there, and dirty water slowly dripped down forming small brown puddles on the floor. Nothing major, easy to wipe away with just some paper towels.

Nice apartment for up to 5 people near restaurant and shops
Points positifs : It was a good size and easily accommodated 3 adults & 2 children. The bedrooms were a nice size and the double beds generous. The location felt safe and only 8 minutes from Gare du Nord train station. Supermarket close by and restaurants.
Points négatifs : It is a ground floor apartment with courtyard views which in winter made it dark. It was a bit difficult getting through the numerous doors to gain access to the apartment with our luggage.

We had a great time using this apartment as our base.
Points positifs : Fantastic location, a 3 minute walk from Gare Du Nord, super handy for coming off the Eurostar. The apartment is stylish in decor, very clean, lovely bathroom, excellent shower, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa. The street is quiet, we weren’t disturbed by any noise at all. The apartment is on the ground floor through a small courtyard, so great if you’re travelling with luggage. Fast WiFi. Comfortable beds. The staff at Studio Prestige are so helpful. The online instruction site has great information in it.
Points négatifs : The sofa only seats three people. Another armchair would be excellent. There is no wardrobe hanging space for clothes. Just shelves. Which is ok if you’re there for a few days. But any longer & it would get annoying. The pillows were really hard & we would have preferred more pillows that were softer.

Prime location, spacious flat, good amenities.
Points positifs : I think the property was amazing as it was really spacious and looked exactly like how it did in the pictures. The living room was large and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location was also ideal, as it had plenty of shops around and less then a 5 minute walk to Gare du nord. The agents I spoke with were amazing and had really good communication and would always instantly reply if I had any issues, I would definitely come back!
Points négatifs : The toilet floor was a bit slippery and did not have a window.

A very restful place to stay after hectic sightseeing all day.
Points positifs : Clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very secure and is quiet. 2 big double bedrooms and sparkling bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice large lounge. It is just around the corner from Gare du Nord where we bought a Navigo pass for the metro which took us all round the city.
Points négatifs : Shower floor is slippery.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, ground floor apt very close to Gare du Nord.
Points positifs : This Paris apt is very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, well lit, secure and very comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord in a quiet side street with a supermarket and a bar/restaurant close by. The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of crockery etc and good quality appliances. Good quality towels, bedding, toiletries, toilet rolls and coffee pods were supplied. I would certainly recommend this apt and would consider booking again. Other residents we met in the building were friendly and quiet.
Points négatifs : There are no views from the windows - just a small courtyard. The kitchen tap was wobbly and I couldn't turn on 2 of the heaters. These were only very slight problems. Basically it's a great apartment.
