Charming apartment - 1BD-4P - Gare du Nord

Super appartement

Points positifs : Bel appartement ,propre ,fonctionnel,amenage avec gout .nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Points négatifs : Le systeme de recuperation de cles n est pas sur place de plus nous avons rencontreé quelques difficultes avec les portes .rien de bien grave mais un peu de stress.

Points positifs : établissement complètement conforme à la description. Calme et bien équipé. salle de bain et WC séparé pour plus de confort à 2.

Points négatifs : Les luminaires défectueux (dans 3 points, ceux-ci ne fonctionnaient pas)

Very nice stay, we would gladly to stay there again!!!

Points positifs : Location is great, close to the railway station, grocery shop, cafes. The area is quiet and cosy. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped fully to meet all requirements. Spacious kitchen and main room and surprisingly the bedroom)))

Points négatifs : We would have appreciated to get check-in elaborate instructions in advance to familiarise with them in home comfort rather than after the arrival at the airport using mobile phone.

A comfortable stay that suited our needs

Points positifs : Reasonably close to Gare de Nord and other public transport. Accommodation is comfortable with all appliances one needs for a comfortable stay.

Points négatifs : Check in. The keys to the apartment are located a good 6-8 min walk away and there is limited lighting in the collection box to set combo to unlock it. Additionally, the check in instructions were wrong and we could not get through the security doors and gates to get to the apartment with the code provided. There was actually a fob on the keys (it did not look like a fob) which would have opened the doors, had that been on the instructions. Luckily the store owner next to the doors saw our plight and let us in after 45 minutes in the rain late at night trying to sort out how to get in.

Points positifs : The apartment kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of toiletries, towels, pillows etc provided..

Points négatifs : As we were 3 adults we would have liked more single beds provided rather than a camp bed and a sofa bed. However the double bed was very comfortable.

Points positifs : The apartment exceeded our expectations with its comfort, modern amenities, and cleanliness. Its prime location near Gare du Nord station made transportation incredibly convenient, and the abundance of nearby dining options added to the overall experience. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area!

Points négatifs : Firstly, no check-in instructions were provided beforehand. Despite arriving two hours after the designated check-in time, we were left waiting outside the building for two hours, struggling to gain access. Being first-time visitors to France and tourists, we had to rely on strangers to help us contact the apartment's customer care to figure things out ourselves. This was an unnecessary and frustrating ordeal that could have been easily avoided with proper prior communication. Secondly, at the time of our checkout, we encountered a person who came to collect the keys and was extremely rude and disrespectful. He argued with us, demanding the keys even though booking.com clearly instructed us to deposit them in the safe box by 10 AM which we had already done. It was unreasonable to expect us to trust a complete stranger with the keys, and his behavior was unacceptable. Such discourteous interactions severely impacted our overall experience. I strongly urge the management to address these issues to ensure future guests do not face similar situations. Rude and unprofessional conduct should never ruin a guest's stay.

Points positifs : Great location close to Gare Du Nord, but not on such a busy street. This made travelling around on the Metro very easy. The apartment was perfect for 2 people and the facilities were great.

Points négatifs : Would have been great if the key collection was a little closer to the property, rather than down the street. But this wasn't too big an issue.

Gute Unterkunft für Stadtreise

Points positifs : Große Räume, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, insgesamt gut ausgestattet Ruhig, Bemühen der Mitarbeiter, Probleme zu lösen, gutes Internet

Points négatifs : Sehr kompliziertes Einchecken, die Räder, auf denen der Code eingegeben werden musste, waren schwer zu bewegen, die Zahlen kaum lesbar, die Schlüssel waren in einem anderen Haus zu übernehmen und dorthin zurückzubringen. Wenig Steckdosen, Bett nur von einer Seite zu besteigen.

Grazioso appartamento vicino a Gare du Nord et Montmartre

Points positifs : Appartamento grazioso, confortevole e silenzioso, molto comodo per tre persone, con ampia zona giorno e camera da letto separata, in stile parigino. Ottima pulizia, cucina attrezzata. Molto comodo avere la lavatrice peccato però non sapere dove stendere i panni. Ottima posizione con tre stazioni del Métro a breve distanza, boulangerie, bar e ristoranti e piccolo supermercato a pochi passi. Buona comunicazione con l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento; consiglio di usare la messaggistica di booking perchè ho notato essere il mezzo più efficace. Problema per interruzione del wi-fi che è stato risolto dopo un paio di giorni, con intervento di un tecnico molto gentile.

Points négatifs : Il ritiro e ritorno delle chiavi è piuttosto macchinoso. Bisogna recarsi a 300 mt di distanza, usare un codice per il portone, un codice per la box con le chiavi (scomoda), tornare all'appartamento ed aprire con una altro codice, fare la giravolta, farla un'altra volta, sbloccare il cancello, fare la riverenza e bon, poi riesci a entrare :-D Sotto la pioggia battente del nostro ultimo giorno è stato decisamente fastidioso.
