Points positifs : Appartement bien placé et accessible , suffisamment équipé et calme , adapté pour 2 couples. Bon système d’autorisation d’accès .

Points négatifs : Trop d’approximations dans la préparation de l’appartement avec un besoin évident d’interventions , qu’il a fallu trop justifier. Et les interventions réalisées efficacement pour la plupart , mais un peu tardives par rapport à du personnel d’assistance (plusieurs contacts , dont “Happiness Manager”😅) très présent virtuellement mais manifestement peu efficient.

Great place to stay near the Bastille

Points positifs : Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It's so close to the Bastille, which gives you lots of bus lines and 2 metro lines. The apartment itself is in a quiet courtyard just off the bustling street with lots of great food options. Both beds were comfortable. Showers had strong water pressure. There were enough seating for at least 6 people in both the living and dining areas. Also has a Nespresso machine and they generously provided pods for our entire stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will likely come back if we're in Paris.

Points négatifs : But of miscommunication on entry codes but sorted out quickly on the phone

Just sublime!

Points positifs : Very nice and quiet apartment in the lively and vibrant heart of Paris! Public transport is very close, so it was very convenient to reach all the main attractions of Paris. The apartment is surrounded by many many restaurants and a big supermarket is located just about 4 minutes walking away from the apartment. We had the first glass house on the ground floor, it is very nicely furnished and decorated. The entire apartment was clean and all facilities/amenities were working properly. Especially the rain shower in the master bathroom is just sublime! During our stay, a Happiness Manager reached out to me to ask how our stay was until so far. That's very nice and thoughtful. The amount of kitchen equipment was very sufficient, there was everything we needed to make our own breakfast in the morning. The beds were also very comfortable!

Points négatifs : The only thing which was slightly disturbing, was that the toiletpaper holder in the individual toilet was already broken before we arrived and it was just put on the shelf behind the toilet. The host should have either fixed it or removed all the parts, so that I wouldn't feel the urge to acknowledge the Happiness Manager about this to make sure that it was not our fault that the toiletpaper holder was broken.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and recommend the flat

Points négatifs : Several additions we think would be useful: 1. Instructions for locating the apartment were not clear, it took us a while to find which is the apartment - perhaps a sign of some sort, or some assisting photographs/map. 2. Some additional hangers in the bathing rooms 3. Instructions for operating the towel dryers The apartment is on ground floor, so when the windows are open, it is rather easy to simply hop inside from the inner court

Points positifs : Ground floor. Good quality apartment. 2 toilets and 2 showers were a big plus. Appreciated the fans they organized prior to our arrival at our request- we were expecting hot weather (July/August), which did not present itself. We felt very safe at the location and apartment. The management team of the apartment was fantastic- extremely responsive, professional, friendly and thoughtful. Design of the apartment was unique and worked well. All bedrooms had many charging ports which were very easy to use. Provided dishes, plates, and pots. One toilet room was a little small, but was usable. Location has many metros available a short distance away and very close to the Bastille. Would be happy to stay there again.

Points positifs : Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhof, man ist aber gleich an einer schönen Geschäftsstraße, wenn man den Hof verlässt. Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt (2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten, 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette, 1 Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette), schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher und Decken. Wir bekamen sogar Kaffeekapseln und Nachfragen von der Organisation, ob alles gut läuft. Als ich Probleme hatte, in die Wohnung zu kommen (das lag an mir, weil ich früher als angekündigt ankam), wurde mir zeitnah geholfen! Die Kommunikation mit der Organisation (Pick A flat) hat (fast) immer gut und schnell funktioniert.

Points négatifs : Ich musste 800 statt 500 € (wie es bei der Buchung stand) als Kaution hinterlegen. Auf meine Nachfrage, warum es diese Differenz gibt, habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.

Det var et dejligt ophold som vi nød meget

Points positifs : Det ligger centralt i Paris og alligevel i en lukket gård uden støj

Points négatifs : Det var svært at forstå de mange koder vi fik udleveret, vores teori er at der skiftes kode i weekenderne, men der gik noget tid med at “ramme rigtigt”.

Points positifs : Good location. Train station, bus stop, food , everything was within walking distance.

Points négatifs : They need to check all heaters . One bedroom heater and one toilet heater settings could not be adjusted. Had to study online manual to do so. Suggest that before letting out they should check the equipment for these issues.
