Intéressant comme endroit
Points positifs : Nous avons aimé l'emplacement près du métro, de restaurants et de la Bastille. L'appartement était très propre, très sécuritaire avec 3 codes différents pour entrer dans l'appartement.
Points négatifs : Les petits lits d'appoints sont plus dur pour supporter des ados et adultes. Nous aurions aimé avoir davantage de savon pour la vaisselle. Nous avons perdu de la nourriture le frigidaire étant a une température trop froide. Si vous y séjourner entre le jeudi et samedi, les bars ferment très tard et donc on entend les personnes festoyer.

Points négatifs : It can feel a bit crowded with five people but it wasn’t a big deal , the stairs to get to the apartment were a bit steep

Amazing Paris trip
Points positifs : Everything you needed are there from cooking, cleaning n toiletteries. Spacious for 7 of us. Checked in is very easy. Near to metro.
Points négatifs : The stairs are a bit steep.

Nice apartment, but owners/managers not easily reachable when there is a problem
Points positifs : The apartment was nice, comfortable and well-located.
Points négatifs : There seems to be no one in France to help you should there be a problem. Even if the owners/managers provide a French telephone number, your calls will be redirected to another country (I got whatsapps and automatic replies to my calls from the Philippines and Israel...). I called on two different days, with the same result: no one picks up the phone, you cannot leave a voice message, and then you receive an automatic message from a non-EU country inviting you to send written messages through Booking... But it took them almost 2 hours to reply to our Booking messages, for which we had to wait for almost 2 hours in a cafe upon our arrival, as the door code did not work well and we could not enter the apartment... (and yet, we solved the problem by ourselves...)

Great property and location.
Points positifs : The property has nice big bedrooms with king beds that are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The bathroom was also very good and the shower had great water pressure. The property is located close to everything - metro station, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Clothes shopping also right at your door step if that takes your fancy.
Points négatifs : Very steep and narrow stair case up to the apartment on level 1. Neighbouring night clubs can be heard Thursday - Saturday nights. We had an odour issue with the shower drain but the property managers dealt with this immediately.

Ample space and great location with good value for money
Points positifs : Excellent location, good value for money overall and very well insulated house, despite a club being virtually next door. Music could be heard late at night, but only from the bathroom. No disturbance whatsoever. Very big bedrooms with one sofa that turns into a double bed and one armchair in either bedroom that can itself turn into a bed too.
Points négatifs : The apartment could have been cleaner, especially in the toilet and the pillows used on the beds.

We were very happy with location! Lots of atmosphere at restaurants nearby and plenty to choose from. Lovely Sunday mark
Points positifs : Spacious for 4. All basic needs clean and tidy. Good shower although strong smell of drains.
Points négatifs : Smell of shower. A bit characterless but clean. Very thin walls with neighbours. Works going on linked to restaurant next door at 8am

Great stay for family or group of friends
Points positifs : Really great location. Close to Metro also next to Rue De Charonne. Full of great French 🇫🇷 boutique brands. Also next to so many great restaurants. Close to supermarkets
