Agréable appartement pour visiter Paris
Points positifs : Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Paris. Fonctionnel et bien équipé, nous y avons passé un bon séjour.
Points négatifs : Nous y sommes allés mi-août pendant la canicule. Nous avons apprécié la présence de ventilateurs mais ils ne suffisaient pas à rafraîchir l'appartement.

Perfect !
Points positifs : Séjour parfait. Appartement idéalement situé, propre, calme et fonctionnel . Proche de tous commerces et des transports avec une procédure d'arrivée et de départ à la carte. Excellente communication avec l'hôte. A une prochaine fois !

Nice french experience in a great location
Points positifs : Great location, bus stop right at the door and two metro stations nearby. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries, so everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment matches the photos and description exactly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the place is warm and cozy, with comfortable duvets. Perfect for a short stay.
Points négatifs : Just a heads-up: the apartment is on the second floor with no lift, so it might be tricky if you’re carrying heavy luggage. Also, the entrance to the building is a bit dark at night, finding the light switch can be a hassle. Motion sensor lights would really improve that. But that's all really.

Points positifs : The location is perfect, you have everything you need around you: supermarkets (monoprix, carrefour etc.), many tasty bakeries and different shops like JDsports etc. If you need to scan your passports for navigo cards (I cut the picture from there to stick it on the Navigo card), you can find office depot in 5 min by foot. You have bus stop just near the entrance, 86 and 76 lines will take you to the downtown. Metro station, where you can buy weekly pass Navigo is in 3 min walk. Apartment is beautiful and comfortable, we enjoyed staying there very much. If its important for you, there are no badbugs. It was warm and enough space for 4 adults and 1 child.
Points négatifs : Bear in mind that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 2d floor. If you have heavy luggage with you, you may need help. The drain in the shower stall is clogged, the water does not drain well, it needs to be cleaned.

Points positifs : Angenehme Atmosphäre, für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder wunderbar, klare Informationen um in das Apartment zu kommen, zentrale und ruhige Lage, Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, Handtücher ausreichend,
Points négatifs : 2 Schlafsofa abgewohnt und teilweise Nähte aufgerissen! Ein Sofa durchgelegen! Pfannenboden gewölbt und liegen dadurch nicht auf der Herdplatte auf! Keine passenden Kochtopf Deckel vorhanden! Beschreibung für den Wäschetrockner nicht vorhanden,

Apartamento agradable en una zona conectada.
Points positifs : La zona muy bien conectada, y la calefacción y el espacio agradables. Lo único, la ducha transparente en medio de la habitación fue un poco raro, para ducharnos teníamos que hacer turnos y reservar la habitación completa solo para una.
Points négatifs : La ducha transparente. El horno/microondas solo cumple función de microondas. No se pueden hacer pizzas de manera fàcil.

Ottima posizione, pulita ma poca privacy
Points positifs : La posizione è ottima: quartiere vivo, pieno di locali e negozi, vicinissimo alla metro e alla fermata del bus. L'appartamento è pulito, accogliente e con un arredamento recente e di gusto. La cucina presenta tutto il necessario per poter cucinare anche piatti elaborati ed è dotata di lavastoviglie.
Points négatifs : Abbiamo cercato di contattare l'host per riuscire a fare il self check-in e non abbiamo MAI ricevuto risposta. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a risolvere da soli, altrimenti non saremmo mai entrati in appartamento. Si accede all'appartamento solo attraverso una ripida rampa di scale lunga due piani, quindi può essere un problema per chi ha problemi di deambulazione. Non c'è molta privacy all'interno dell'appartamento: il lavandino e la doccia sono all'interno della camera da letto senza che vi sia una porta o una tenda a coprire chi sta usando il bagno. Alloggiavamo all'interno dell'appartamento in 6 e questo non è stato molto gradevole.

Elegante appartamento per 2/3 persone
Points positifs : Appartamento tenuto molto bene, ottima posizione, danno anche un kit di benvenuto, istruzioni di accesso molto chiare, nonostante non sia facilissimo entrare. Tanti negozi e ristoranti vicino. Ottimo accesso alla Metro compresa la linea 1.
Points négatifs : Il prezzo e' alto ma in linea con Parigi purtroppo. L'appartamento e' ovviamente piccolo e tutti gli spazi sono sfruttati bene ma resta molto piccolo. La doccia e il lavandino sono in camera, il wc e' separato alla francese. Per cui se si e' piu' di due e uno vuole farsi la doccia, bisogna lasciare la stanza da letto. Eravamo in 5 e si stava un po' stretti. Con i letti aperti in salotto mangiare a casa sarebbe stato difficile.
