Points positifs : We were stranded by Eurostar. So happy to find this apt. We (3 middle aged women) stayed. What a beautiful place in a beautiful location.

Great location

Points positifs : The location could t be any better. Right in the middle of everything in a charming building.

Points négatifs : The photos look better than the actual apartment. It is a bit worn.

Points positifs : The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the spacious size of the apartment, along with the great range of amenities, made our stay comfortable

Points négatifs : The bathrooms felt outdated and were not cleaned to a high standard. Additionally, the doors open rather forcefully, which was inconvenient. The provided toiletries were minimal and of low quality, so I’d recommend bringing your own. Also, the elevator is extremely small—barely fitting two people—making it impractical for our group of four. Often, two of us would need to wait or use the stairs, which wasn’t ideal. With some improvements, this apartment could be a real gem.

I would stay here again, and again, and again.

Points positifs : Excellent location. AC in bedrooms was modern and quiet. All the essentials, including a sofa bed that far exceeded expectations, wrapped in a fashionably retro decor. Responsive property management team. Wonderful!

Points négatifs : TV's available only in bedrooms. I didn't request any of these items but since we did use the kitchen the following would have been nice but were not essential: more than one dishtowel, a dishwashing cloth of some sort for wiping down surfaces, a note on the top cupboard in the kitchen indicating where the blender and salt and pepper are located as well as a few more kitchen essentials like oil and vinegar and paper towels. A steamer for taking the wrinkles out of clothes and an iron and ironing board would have also been useful.

Great place, amazing location, perfect for a couple or two couples

Points positifs : Lovely apartment. Spacious living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms. Amazing location, kitchen had a needle, coffee machine, fridge etc and the rooms included a steamer

Points négatifs : The 2 bathrooms/ showers were small and the hot water ran out fast but it wasn’t terrible

Nice stay in central Paris

Points positifs : Comfortable apartment in an excellant location. Close to food, transport and attractions. The small (single person) lift was very helpful for luggage and transporting less mobile folks. Beds are comfortable, layout seperates the two bedrooms/bathrooms nicely. Owner was very responsive and kindly allowed us to check in early to accommodate the needs of a senior member of our party.

Points négatifs : With three people staying we found we ran out of hot water a few times, usually when trying to wash hair. The bathrooms are tiny, we resorted to doing hair/makeup in the lounge (where there is a helpful concentina of mirrors). The fridge also froze all our food, despite our efforts to reducr the temperature.
