Points positifs : L'emplacement, les équipements et la propreté sont parfaits. On ressent vraiment le goût et la passion de la propriétaire, Carolina. Netflix était disponible en illimité. Le studio, se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui le rend facilement accessible. Et surtout, le lit et les oreillers étaient parfaits pour moi, j'étais donc confortable et je ne me suis pas fatiguée. Bref, un séjour très agréable !

Points positifs : J'ai adoré l'accueil par Carolina, la situation dans Paris avec la proximité du Louvre, et la situation au calme dans une cour intérieure.

A Paris Oasis

Points positifs : From the moment we walked into the courtyard & left the heat & hustle & bustle of Paris behind, it was a pleasant experience. Lovely little studio, & the added extras just made it wonderful. Bottled water, still & sparkling, a couple of cold beers, ice cubes, ice creams, wine, cheese, nibbles & a baguette all made our first night wonderful. Comfortable bed & chairs, & a little courtyard to sit outside was nice. Well stocked kitchen, all utensils, crockery etc. Tea, coffee machine suger milk etc all provided. Great location, near the Louvre & transport to all other attractions close by. Everything very walkable. Our hosts were delightful, on hand to show us all the ins & outs of the studio. Netflicks etc available was nice, as all the TV was in French. In all, a pleasant week spent here in Paris.

Points négatifs : Bathroom small, shower was tight to get in & out of. But studios are small. Lack of privacy, with the door/ windows open, passing tenants can see in. A screen door would be a good addition.

Probably best to start with the hosts who were superb. The location of the property is perfect, a few mins from the Lou

Points positifs : Whilst very small its location was amazing and we loved sitting in the courtyard outside

Points négatifs : Only a few mins of hot water for the shower was frustrating. If you like a long shower don’t stay here

Right next to the Louvre

Points positifs : Fantastic location, right near the Louvre, well renovated and Carolina was a fantastic host

Points négatifs : It was a little small. It would not suit large people.

Points positifs : I would especially like to emphasize the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfort, all the equipment in working order. The responsive and friendly hostess, we liked everything very much and it was pleasant to live
