We had a wonderful time in Paris🙂!

Points positifs : The accommodation is great and very clean. It has everything you need and the location is fantastic. The host is very helpful.

Great location, modern but small apartment.

Points positifs : The apartment was in a great location one block from the gardens and a few blocks from the Louvre. We really liked the shower and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the Netflix after long hours walking around Paris

Points négatifs : We had two adults and one child and although there is a sofa bed, the apartment is absolutely tiny when the sofa bed is pulled out so it’s not a space you can spend much time in. It’s on the first floor up some old stairs with no lift which was ok for us but might not be for others. The pillows really need replacing. They are very hollow and lumpy. Even though the design of the decor and furniture is nice, it’s all quite big and clunky when you’re using the sofa bed so we were trying to find somewhere to put the chair and coffee table where we didn’t have to climb over it.

Points positifs : The location was perfect, and the host and staff were very responsive and kind.

Points positifs : Location, location, location!!! We did not need the car the entire stay, everything is at a walking distance (depending on how much you like to walk) but even with the cab is cheap. It’s perfect that by the apartment building entrance you have a very well stocked store.

Points négatifs : Parking is a huge inconvenience. No parking available only in a parking place and it is extremely expensive, €51.75/day. The apartment is cute, a little small for 4 people especially if you have a lot of luggage. Even with the little inconveniences I’ll still recommend it. It was a perfect stay in Paris !!

Points positifs : Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell! Nahe Metro Tuileries, Louvre, Opéra Garnier. Wohnung ist neu renoviert und gut eingerichtet. Freundlicher Host, der sofort alle Fragen beantwortet. Können die Wohnung empfehlen!

Points négatifs : Koffer können nach dem Checkout nicht gelagert werden. Gibt in Gehdistanz offenbar Schließfächer. Schubladen im Bad, wo der Föhn ist, ist nicht sauber.

Perfect apartment for 2 couples to visit Paris.

Points positifs : Clean, bright, comfortable beds, location was excellent for visiting Paris, close to several metro and bus stops, walk to Louvre/Norte Dame/Jardin Tuilleries. One block from rue de Rivoli. Portable a/c unit worked adequately. Nice bathroom/shower. Comfortable and reasonably priced for 2 couples.

Points négatifs : Consider room darkening curtains.

Cozy place, we’re likely to come back :)

Points positifs : The host was super nice and helpful, patient with our questions even late in the evening. The apartment was clean and freshly renovated, there were all amenities we needed. The interior was cozy, spending time there was a pleasure. No loud sounds (it’s isolated from the street with a courtyard) - we slept soundly. Bathroom is a huge plus, really clean and modern.
