Globalement agréable pour 4 personnes, très bien situé. nous recommanderions pour un court séjour.

Points positifs : Emplacement parfait pour visiter Paris, lieu globalement confortable et propre. Le personnel a vite réagi à nos difficultés.

Points négatifs : un tiroir déglingé à notre arrivée, pas de queue pour saisir les casseroles ; pas d'égoutoir pour égouter la vaisselle ; chambres un peu étroites. Le message de réception reçu en anglais ; je n'avais pas tout compris et notamment qu'il fallait récupérer les clefs à un autre endroit (un peu éloigné) de notre hébergement avant de pouvoir y accéder. Quand on arrive tard, ce n'est pas évident.

Points positifs : The location was amazing, as in the booking.com details, really Central to be able to walk everywhere. Ample space to accommodate three children and three adults. It did what it said on the tin! Thank you so much we had a lovely experience in Paris.

Points négatifs : This is “nitpicking “the ventilation because it’s a ground floor flat can get hot. You have to leave the windows open and it’s into an amazing courtyard. That obviously means you have to keep the noise levels down because there’s people around you. But that’s part of its charm as well. A tiny thing, but I understand it is a plug for either the bath or the sink and some clothes to be able to wipe the dishes. But again this is tiny things. It was great value for the money no complaints.

Tolle Lage - Tolle Wohnung!

Points positifs : Wir verstehen die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (9, 9 und 7 Jahre alt). Ich bin wirklich anspruchsvoll und eckel mich schnell! Ja die Wohnung sieht nicht wie die Luxus Wohnung auf den Bildern aus, aber ist trotzdem modern und toll eingerichtet. Alles was beschrieben ist ist auch vorhanden. Auch ist alles sauber gewesen. Außerdem ist die Lage wirklich top. Metro in alle Richtungen sofort erreichbar - Zentral zu allen Sehnswürdigkeiten. Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr höflich. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Points négatifs : Schlüsselübergabe lief ziemlich schief. Wir kamen Abends mit drei Kindern an und hatten den falschen Schlüssel. Hintergrund: Wir hatten eigentlich die Wohnung 52 gemietet welche kurzfristig nicht mehr verfügbar war wo durch wir 3 Tage vorher auf die Wohnung 101 (doppelt so groß - gleiche Lage) umgebucht wurden. Der für uns hinterlegte Schlüssel war dann aber leider für Wohnung 52 und nicht die neue 101. Die Nachdem wir alle Türen in dem Gebäude ausprobiert hatten kam uns aufgrund des Schlüsselanhängers die Idee das das der Schlüssel der alten Wohnung sein könnte. Um 22 Uhr aber nun noch jemanden zu erreichen war dann sehr schwierig auch weil lauter verschiedenen Nummern in Emails oder hier in Booking hinterlegt waren. Letztendlich haben wir uns aber eine halbe Stunde geärgert und dann war alles gut und die Wohnung wirklich toll!

Points positifs : Blisko sklepów spożywczych i metra. Spacerkiem można dojść do Sekwany gdzie znajduje się na przykład katedra notre dame. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Odpowiednia ilość pościeli i ręczników. Suszarka do włosów.

Points négatifs : Mój pobyt trwał pięć dni. Oprócz szaf z wieszakami w obiekcie powinny znajdować też szafy z półkami. Chociaż przy krótkim pobycie nie jest to problemem. Zastawa stołowa wymaga uzupełnienia na sześć osób były tylko dwa kubki. Dla estetyki można byłoby ponownie przykręcić grzejnik do ściany, ale ogólnie spełniają swoją funkcję bo działał. Czajnik wymaga odkamienienia.
