Points positifs : The host was very helpful, and the accommodation is cery close to the city centre. You have everything you need in the flat. It's all small and cozy.

Points négatifs : The entrance into the building is run-down, there is a carpet floor where the bed is that caused me to have allergies during my complete stay. The mattress are worn down.

Cozy, clean and perfect location

Points positifs : A lovely, well appointed apt in an excellent neighborhood. Very good quality throughout: bathroom, towels, kitchen dishes and utensils, sheets, etc. Clean and comfortable for a single person or couple. Fabulous location for museums, restaurants and sightseeing in Paris. Highly recommended.

Points positifs : Location was perfect, literally across the road from Arts et Métiers Metro Station and few minutes work from other Metro lines

Points négatifs : Would have loved a microwave and better exhaust fans to remove cooking smells, and better lighting as we are forced to keep curtains closed due to being going floor

Lovely apartment, great location walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Next to the metro and 15 minutes fro

Points positifs : Excellent location, neat and tidy with everything you need provided. A relatively compact room but with lots of equipment and facilities. Ground floor - no stairs ! Great place to stay !

Points négatifs : The shared entrance to the building block needs some redecoration but the apartment itself is excellent.

Points positifs : Sicuramente la vicinanza a tutti i principali servizi (metro, linea bus). Un plus per l’ottima boulangerie praticamente di fronte all’appartamento.

Magnifique, Vive Paris

Points positifs : L'appartamento è al 3 arrontisment. Questo ci ha permesso di muoverci a piedi per andare a vedere per esempio Notre Dame e il Louvre. Invece per andare alla Tour Eiffel abbiamo usato la Metro. La piu vicina è la fermata di Arte dei Mestier della linea 3. Ma vicino all'appartamento c'è anche la fermata della Metro Republique. L'appartamento è comodo, spazioso e funzionale.

Points négatifs : Il materasso del letto, secondo me va cambiato. Le spiegazioni su dove buttare l'immondizia a fine soggiorno. La doccia, rischia di allagare il bagno, la porta non si chiude bene.
