Points positifs : Très bien situé. A proximité de plusieurs sites à visiter et arrêt de métro et de train à proximité. Aide précieuse d’Abdou pour nous aider à monter nos valises à l’arrivée et au départ. Beaucoup de restaurants et de cafés à proximité.agreable

Points négatifs : Appartement situé au 5e étage ( 100 marches à monter pour aller se coucher) exigeant pour de personnes de 75 ans et plus. Plus conçu pour une famille avec enfant que pour 2 couples.

Bon appartement, bien situé. Attention à être en forme (dernier étage) et pas de grosses valises!

Points positifs : La taille de l'appartement: très bien pour quatre personne (avec au moins deux personnes dormant ensemble) Le calme dans l'appartement. La literie, l'appartement dans son ensemble. Nous étions deux et le propriétaire nous a laissé deux jeux de clefs.

Points négatifs : Le fait d'avoir deux grosses valises à monter jusqu'en haut dans des escaliers typiquement parisiens (donc étroits)! Appartement fait pour un court séjour avec très peu de bagages. Attention au quartier: sécuritaire, mais très très touristique! Ne conviendra pas à des personnes cherchant le petit quartier parisien calme et suranné avec son petit café buque au coin de la rue. La rue St-denis à la hauteur de l'appartement, c'est le royaume de la restauration rapide! Donc très bien situé pour rayonner dans tout Paris, mais peut-être moins pour le petit séjour romantique à deux loin du mouvement.

Points positifs : The accommodation is on the 4th floor, but it was actually bigger than we expected from the photos (the app is on three floors). Everything was comfortable, clean, the kitchen was well equipped, even some basic groceries like sugar and salt, to make it easier to get started... Both beds were very very comfortable, enough towels and everything in the bathroom. We stayed there for five nights with my family and we recommend it to everyone, as it is in a great location - there is a pedestrian zone and a nice market around, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and several metro stations are close. We arrived very late the first night and had problems getting onto the balcony (it has a separate entrance) - when we informed the owner the next morning, he changed the lock the same day and fixed everything. Thank you again for everything and we sincerely hope to spend our holidays in Paris again. All the best, dear Charles.

Points positifs : loved the location, so central. facilities in the apartment were excellent.

Good location in Paris

Points positifs : Location was excellent. Lots of stairs, but we were okay with that. We arrived on an overseas flight and we were disappointed that we couldn't check in before 5:00 pm without paying a substantial (100 euro) early check in fee.

Best place I’ve stayed in Paris

Points positifs : Location location location. Clean, warm(in winter), rustic charm. Right next to RER train to airport.

Points négatifs : Stairs may be a problem for older people,

Points positifs : Excellent communication ahead of arrival and during our stay

Points positifs : Patul era confortabil, prosoapele au fost suficiente, dimensiunea camerei bună, holul generos, canapea comodă. Cada a fost mare, dulapurile destule, pe TV aveam toate conturile, de la amazon music la netflix, ceea ce era perfect, după o zi plină de plimbări să ne relaxăm cu muzică bună, un pahar de vin și o cadă fierbinte. Locația top. Nici nu am luat metroul pentru plimbarile clasice prin oraș, am mers peste tot și a fost tare comod pentru că aveam multe obiective către orice destinație finală.

Points négatifs : Etajul 4 poate fi destul de obositor de urcat pe scări după o zi plină, sau seara pe tocuri, sau cu o valiză de cală grea..

Points positifs : L'appartamento è molto accogliente, comoda la smart TV nella camera da letto, cucina fornita del necessario e WiFi funzionante. Mi sono piaciuti molti i dettagli in legno, conferiscono un tocco di calore all'alloggio. Il proprietario è reaponsivo e molto gentile.

Points négatifs : Metterei più in evidenza l'assenza di ascensore nello stabile, essendoci diversi piani di scale da salire per raggiungere l'alloggio

A Parisian garret with real character

Points positifs : This was the archetypal Parisian garret – all it needed was an opera singer to bring it to life! Although the four flights of stairs were a bit of an ordeal, it made up for the fact that I hadn’t been to the gym for several days. The apartment itself was comfortable, well equipped and had real character. I loved the little mezzanine bedroom with its dormer windows. The washing machine and dryer were also godsends after a long period of travel. I really enjoyed this place – recommended.

Points négatifs : The four flights of stairs were occasionally unpleasant.
