Appartement parisien très agréable qui répondait à nos critères.

Points positifs : Appartement très bien placé, bien équipé, très fonctionnel. Super quartier

Points négatifs : Le canapé lit n’est pas du tout confortable. Seul point à revoir.

Points positifs : Emplacement génial. Au centre de Paris . À proximité des commerces et des sites touristiques

Points négatifs : Le manque de l’ascenseur. C’est vraiment dommage pour un si bel endroit

Nice central flat with perfect connection to Gare de l'Est - but beware: Teflon pans and noise

Points positifs : It was very clean, I appreciated details like organic shower gel and the hand & dish soaps, the two coffee capsules and that's a wooden floor. The host is very responsive and it is clear that someone thought about the guests' needs. The train station Gare de l'Est can be reached in 12-15 minutes by metro which is great.

Points négatifs : Warning teflon pans. I book flats mainly to have a kitchen. Though I was quite happy with the rest of the kitchen equipment, I find it problematic that all pans and pots at disposal are made with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) aka Teflon: by now it's well know how toxic it is, and all three pans/pots are severely damaged. Please replace them as soon as possible; the cost of a small set of simple pots and pans is below 100 euro and you avoid intoxicating your guests and the environement(!). Noise. During four out of five nights there were loud people shouting on the street, and given past reviews this is no exception. The bedroom window is not bad per se, but given the circumstances I believe it should be replaced with a soundproof window. Others. Charging 50€ for being late on a two-hours check-in window sounds pretty absurd; I travel often and have never had such a clausole. In my case I managed to arrive on time despite a 1+ hour delay by the train, but I just do not understand such a strict and expensive rule if the check-in is anyway self-service. In addition, all the lights are cold and there are no reading lights anywhere, there was an odd smell in the kitchen/living room I could not better locate, and the sofa is not even comfortable to sit on, so I would trust the reviewes that says that it's terrible for sleeping.

Hard to fault in central Paris

Points positifs : Very local for many things - ideal place to stay, comfortable clean and warm

Points négatifs : Kitchen was limited, 4th floor so guests need to be mobile

Our trip was an enjoyable one and the location of the property was in a great area.

Points positifs : I loved the location of the property. It was central and convenient to get o most of the attractions on foot or metro or uber. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed

Points négatifs : It was on the 4th floor and we did not know and there was no lifts. My mum is 74 years old and walks with a stick so she struggled alot. Maybe that should be mentioned on the site.

Centrally located and clean

Points positifs : The apartment was in the great location, in the city centre, close to all landmarks / restaurants and in the same time really quiet for a goodnight sleap. The impression is that it was refurbissheed. It was impecably clean. Bed in the bedroom was comfortable.

Points négatifs : There was only one mirror in the whole apartment (in the bathroom) and it wasn't enough for three girls. There was no shelf in the shower for soap, gel, shampoo. There were no hangees for towels in the bathroom. Bed in the living room wasn't comfortable and should be changed.

Points positifs : Очень близко метро буквально в двух минутах, рядом хороший, хоть и недешёвый, магазинчик. Апартаменты просторный, легко разместиться двум девушкам. Все пишут про лестницу, она действительно была немного трудной, но двум молодым девушкам не доставила больших неудобств. уютно, чисто, тихо, есть все для комфортного проживания. легкое заселение и выселение. мы очень довольны и благодарим за апартаменты!

Points négatifs : не хватает полочек в ванной 🙏🏻 и второго комплекта ключей. интернет слабоват и ловит только в гостиной, может отключаться

Points positifs : La vista della camera sulla strada la rende illuminata e accogliente. La posizione centralissima è perfetta per visitare quasi tutto a piedi.

Apto com excelente localização

Points positifs : O apartamento é confortável, limpo, com excelente localização.

Points négatifs : Apenas a falta do elevador

位置極佳的公寓

Points positifs : 1. 位置交通方便，距離超市或地鐵站都很近。 2. 廚房設備齊全，滿足我們自己做早餐的需求。 3. 房間雙人床睡起來很舒服，孩子自己睡客廳沙發床也很滿意。 4. 衣櫃空間很大，冬天旅行衣服多也放得下。 5. 可提前入住，對於清晨即抵達巴黎的我們可以提早進房休息，真的很感謝。

Points négatifs : 1. 雖然訂房就知道沒電梯，但是在老舊的旋轉樓梯搬運行李箱真的很考驗體力。 2. 儲熱式的熱水器，如果連續三個人洗澡，必須注意省水，不然第三人洗到一半就沒熱水了。 3. 無法搜尋到業者提供的wifi。
