Comfort in a superb Parisian location

Points positifs : The apartment was modern, comfortable and very spacious in a simply superb location just off the Boulevard St Germain in the prestigious 6th Arr. All appliances were operating efficiently. Guest communication was very professional and instructions to enter the apartment were precise and easy to follow. Matthieu frequently contacted us through Booking.com to see how we were doing.

Points négatifs : The spiral staircase to the main bedroom was difficult to manage particularly holding an infant. Also with the number of bedrooms and the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, having the single toilet to service the household was inadequate. Although overall customer communication was good, there was an instance of confusion with another guest receiving the same instructions as we received leading to almost embarrassing situation of them entering the wrong apartment. Fortunately the situation was quickly sorted out.

A haven in the busy hub that is St Germain des Pres

Points positifs : The flat is spacious and well appointed and very very quiet (given that its close to the action of St Germain area). Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean and tidy. Great beds.

Points négatifs : There was some external maintenance going on by day ...the noise didnt bother us as we were out. Other guests may think differently..

Points positifs : This property is in a perfect location, just off St German des Pres boulevard. You an easily walk to the Louvre/Notre Dame/Jardins du Luxembourg. Very cozy and clean with everything you could need for a short stay.

Points positifs : The apartment is very well kept, accessible, nothing disturbing there. Really, the location is close to the best places, new bathrooms, true parisienne!

Great location and comfortable beds with a reluctant owner and low supplies.

Points positifs : The location was ideal. The beds, linens, and pillows were very comfortable.

Points négatifs : The television in the main room didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch the game with friends; though the owner knew about the issue beforehand, it wasn’t communicated to us in advance. We had to purchase more toilet paper - there was no extra and we were for humans. The main bathroom sink drain was awkward (broken?). The owner was slow to respond to everything and didn’t/wouldn’t communicate through the booking app.
