Halte confortable et spacieuse

Points positifs : Idéalement situé et calme, confortable, bien équipé et décoré. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Accueil bien expliqué. Bien que nous n’ayons jamais as vu notre hôte, il a toujours été très réactif et très aimable/disponible par téléphone et sms.

Points négatifs : Les personnes à mobilité réduite devront éviter car 4e sans ascenseur. Mais les étages sont petits et très faisables.

The right paresian experience I was looking for

Points positifs : Location was great . Metro bus stop few steps away from doorstep Grocery store is under the building

Points négatifs : 4th floor , no elevator.. but the stairs are ok

Points positifs : Very good location for visiting the Louvre, Notre Dame and others. Shop next to the front door, which is great.

David is amazingly helpful and always answer to all queries.

Points positifs : Location is amazing! Bed is comfortable even the sofa bed is very good.

Points négatifs : Stairs is challenging for big luggage (which was mentioned in the listing ) but I think all most properties in the location is the same.

Points positifs : L'appartamento è molto bello, curato e pulito, ci sono 4 piani da fare a piedi ma non sono assolutamente un problema, il check in è stato molto semplice e veloce,

Points négatifs : forse ammodernerei la caldaia, appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un problema perchè non arrivava acqua calda, ma l'assistenza telefonica del proprietario ha fatto sì che il soggiorno diventasse perfetto

I'd love to be back and stay longer in this apartment and location.

Points positifs : Amazing location right down an alley but close to a market, a bank, a metro stop, and walkable to the major sights of Paris and some wonderful eateries for of all cuisines and all classes. The host was wonderfully helpful and responsive.

Points négatifs : The 4 floors of stairs were a lot for a family with many bags. It certainly made me stronger.

Great location, walkable to most

Points positifs : Hands down the best location! Close to everything good. Across the street from Cafe Flores and Deux Magots. Great shopping close, and lots of restaurants too. Walkable to Eiffel Tower (30 mins) Notre Dame (15 mins) Louvre (also a 15 minute walk)

Points négatifs : 80 steps up to the room!! but still worth it bc the location was amazing. Missing a few essentials, hand towels, tea towels or anything to dry your dishes with (only 4 towels in the whole place) and a toaster would be nice. They had a Nespresso coffee machine but no pods. Would have been nice to have a few pods to get started. Could use a bit of of maintenance tuneup but generally good.

Points positifs : The property was great. It’s very bright and airy. Like some of the other reviews there isn’t shampoo, coffee, etc. but there is a little market right next door with everything you might need. The location is excellent. You are one street off the main path so it’s nice and quiet. No lift but that wasn’t that big of a deal to us. We were a family of 4. I had pretty low expectations for the sofa bed in the living room but it was pretty comfortable. I slept on it with my daughter and it was great.

Points négatifs : The towels and bedding need to be freshened up.
