Points positifs : Very well situated. Nicely decorated with good amenities. Easy to access and not too loud.

Points négatifs : The floor was a bit sticky and the curtains did not keep out much light - definitely bring an eye mask if you can.

Points positifs : A really charming and cosy room with in a fantastic location in central Paris. Actually quite nicely equipped in terms of kitchen and bathroom.

Points négatifs : A free standing bath would make this a standout 😉

Stay in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Bright,clean and acessible by elevator. Easy to find. Easy check in and check out. Exactly as the pictures. Easy communication. Nice shower.

Stay safe & comfortable near OPERA

Points positifs : I would recommend this apartment for a couple or friends or family. The owner was helpful and considerate to send the relevant information in advance, and a day before our arrival. It is on the top floor (7th or 6th, depending on your culture) with an elevator, a door to the building is operated with a combination of numbers. The door key is locked on a key box adjacent to the front door. Considering the time of the year and location, I cannot complain the price I paid. All you need during your visit to Paris are equipped. We used the washing machine once and there was detergent for it. It is good to have a washing machine in summer as we can travel light. Airconditioning was great on hot days after coming back. You can easily control the temperature. Lots of restaurants and cafes are there and the OPERA is nearby. We walked to the Orsay Museum and the Louvre Museum. Communication with the owner was efficient and smooth.

Points négatifs : I know Paris is a busy city with lots of construction and transportation. There are dusts at the corners :) It would have been better if the operation manual for the air-condition was available.

We had an excellent stay at the property! Bed was comfortable, apartment was clean and well located!

Points positifs : The location was excellent! Close to the Metro lines and a lot of the attractions we wanted to see was in walking distance. Nice restaurants and cafes close to the property!

Points positifs : El.departamento tiene todo lo que necesitas , hasta lavar ropas, tostadora , plancha , además te esperan con pantuflas, tiene ascensor y aire acondicionado, está super bien ubicado, podes ir caminando a la mayoría de los puntos de interés, el acceso fue muy fácil con clave, sin dudas volvería y lo.superrecomiendo
