Magnifique appartement à Opéra (Opéra6D)

Points positifs : Logement très agréable et bien situé dans le quartier de l’Opéra Garnier. Facilité pour circuler dans Paris grâce à plusieurs lignes de métro dont la 14 et de bus.

Un petit cocon au cœur d'un quartier riche de saveurs asiatiques. Parfait pr une étape de qqs jours!

Points négatifs : The light socket in the bathroom was broken but the host said it will get looked at. The sink in the bathroom is very small.

Points positifs : Amazing location, next to many cafes & restaurant and walking distance to most major landmarks. The room is tiny but comfortable, had a mini kitchen w/ fridge which was great too. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic morning light :)

Points négatifs : The bathroom is indeed tiny but it's not a big problem. The water pressure level is low.

Amazing location

Points positifs : The location is amazing! There are so many restaurants close by. I highly recommend Tonton Ramen. Also close by to some shops like Polene, Leo et Violette, and of course Galleries Les Fayettes. The check in was very smooth and the owner is very helpful and very easy to reach. The tv has Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services so you can easily use your own account. The neighbourhood is a bit busy during the day but relatively quiet in the night so we didn’t have any problem sleeping soundly. I highly recommend.

Points négatifs : The feedback from others is pretty accurate. Indeed, the sink in the bathroom is small, shower closet is narrow, and the apartment is not that spacious. If you are travelling with more than 1 large suitcase and you are two tall/big built persons, this might not be the accommodation for you. But me being a short person and we traveled with just a small suitcase, this was perfect for us.

Points positifs : The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was very comfortable and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back again

Points négatifs : The only issue I faced was that the window was difficult to close, so I wasn’t able to open it during my stay.

Points positifs : オペラ座まで徒歩6分、ルーブルまで徒歩10分とロケーション良く、地下鉄やバスも様々な路線を使え非常に便利です。 全てがコンパクトなので二人より一人旅の方にお薦めです。

Points négatifs : 洗濯機やエアコンなど電気製品は絵文字の表記が沢山並んでいて意味と使い方の説明文がないので困りました。チャットGPTで調べたり日本の家族も調べてくれ色々試してもエアコンは電源が入らないのと洗濯機は乾燥まですすまないのでタオル類は1週間乾きませんでした。オーナーにフランス語でメールしても正確な使用順序はわかりませんでした。 古い家電のようなので仕方ない！と妥協しましたが、絵の意味もしくは操作方法を簡単に掲示してもらえたら快適だと思います。

Points positifs : Расположение идеально, достопримечательност в шаговой доступности, рядом рестораны и магазины. Номер не большой, но вмещает кухню и даже стиральную машинку. Кровать очень удобная, белье, полотенца в идеальном состоянии. Персонал всегда на связи и очень внимателен. Спасибо Yankel и Nazim!
