Points positifs : Bonjour On a passé un séjour agréable au studio Opera bourse L’emplacement du studio est parfait pour se déplacer et découvrir la ville. On a trop apprécié le proprio qui était à l’écoute , serviable et qui répondait instantanément à nos messages Tout était parfait et confortable..et si je reviendrai je n’hésiterais pas à la prendre !

Points positifs : Petit appartement très sympa, bien positionné pour visiter Paris. Un peu plus difficile à atteindre depuis la Gare de Lyon, il faut marcher un peu, mais personnellement ce n'est pas un problème. Je le recommande vivement pour toute personne visitant Paris ou pour le travail.

Points positifs : Lovely apartment right in the heart of the city, yet on a quiet street so you can really rest. Everything was clean and comfortable. The furniture and decor aren’t new, but the place has everything you might need for a pleasant stay

Points positifs : Wonderful place to stay, very good location, amazing studio, really great experience
Points négatifs : Pipes in the shower are a little clogged, but this can easily be fixed with a proper shower drain declogger

Points positifs : Very clean and well-equipped studio, located 3 minutes from the metro, in the center and very close to all the tourist attractions. At 100 m you have a Carrefour express and a lot of very good restaurants. The problem in Paris is with the water pressure, here we had no problem. The surprise was that after 2 days someone came and changed the linen and towels and took out the trash - something rarely seen in a 4-day rental. Very communicative and kind owner, after checkout he kept our luggage because we had a late flight, so we could spend another half day in Paris without any worries. I highly recommend it, we will return with great pleasure!

Excellent good value apartment in a great location.
Points positifs : Great location in a side street in a busy area of restaurants and bars. Only 20 minutes walk to the Louvre and other museums and art galleries. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. The host is friendly and easy to contact by phone or in his office on the ground floor. Gard du Nord only 25 minute walk along various side streets. Whole area felt safe and vibrant
Points négatifs : Nothing in respect of the accommodation but there was a bit of noise from the building opposite which was being renovated. And the worst was the delivery of a digger on a low loader at 4am.

Perfect place ,ideal for couple.
Points positifs : Very nice and comfort apartment,perfect location ,to Louvre by walk around 15 min.Shops,restaurants,bars everything near to living place .Hot water ,large bad ,very pleasure owner .
Points négatifs : Some problem with electrical oven on the kitchen

Estudio luminoso, funcional y muy bien ubicado.
Points positifs : Estudio en la sexta planta de un edificio con ascensor. La ubicación nos pareció excelente, fuimos andando a todos los lugares. Eso sí, hicimos muchos kilómetros diarios pero es la mejor forma de disfrutar de la ciudad. Teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones del centro de Paris esto es una gran ventaja. Además hay de todo cerca,: boulangeries, pastisseries, cafés, supermercados, restaurantes, ... metro. La atención del anfitrión no pudo ser mejor, un 10. No funcionaba la cafetera e inmediatamente nos la sustituyeron por una nueva. Contestación rápida a todas nuestras peticiones. Alojamiento muy funcional para los 5 días que estuvimos con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda e independiente. Muchas gracias!!
Points négatifs : El colchón no es muy cómodo, se hunde un poco. El baño está abuhardillado y hay que tener cuidado para no darte en la cabeza, sobre todo al salir de la bañera. El apartamento es espacioso para dos personas pero necesitaría unos cuantos arreglillos y la limpieza podría mejorarse. Aún así, la estancia ha sido muy positiva teniendo en cuenta que solo estábamos para dormir, desayunar y alguna cena.
