Points positifs : Location was great, so close to lots of places to eat plus great bakeries for a delicious breakfast and a small supermarket. Apartment was a good size and good set up. Would recommend.

Points négatifs : It could have been a little cleaner. Dusty floors and there were tiny little flying things in the bedroom.

Points positifs : The location is great. There are many landmarks within walking distance and Metro stations close by. The apartment is lovely. Great instructions for all appliances. I finally learned how a washer, dryer works. The bathroom is clean and modern with a good shower. The toilet is separate - bonus. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Points négatifs : The entrance area to the block of apartments needs some TLC, especially the steps. Noise on our last 2 nights made sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, virtually impossible. We could not work out what the constant banging was. There are nightclubs very close which creates crowds in the streets until about 5a.m. The bedroom is quieter.

beautiful apartment, perfectly located for a long weekend

Points positifs : perfectly located to everything, walkable and pretty street, exceptionally high ceilings and windows with tasteful furnishings, felt very Parisian. The bathroom tiles were really quirky and we loved chilling in the living room late afternoon with gorgeous sun coming in the windows, very light and warm apartment. The living felt spacious. One level of stairs was manageable with kids. washing machine and clothes rack was awesome. kids enjoyed watching skaters out the window at skatepark opposite. Easter timing was good weather and warm cosy apartment.

Points négatifs : The bond taken and book describing cost of replacing everything made us a bit anxious with our 2 young children in case we dirtied anything! The floor mat was white and clearly not clean. The apartment had a tiny corridor & bedroom but everybody described it as spacious! Needed more hooks to hang things up, as limited storage. the check/in experience was a bit intense from memory with a pre form to fill in, but at least we were able to store our bags at the Habitat office for free when we checked out. the kitchen benchtop has water damage. the curtains didn’t block the street light so had to improvise to create darkness for our kids to sleep. the apartment would get hot in summer as got full afternoon sun.

Points positifs : Posizione, zona giorno luminosa. Caffè in capsule già presenti in camera. Ben accessoriata..

Points négatifs : Bagno freddo nonostante il termoarredo acceso.. ci sono piccoli spifferi dalla finestra.

God og lys lejlighed. Alt fungerede optimal.

Points positifs : Lyst og venligt. Fransk stemning. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Masser af indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder i nærheden. Pænt istandsat. Alt var godt… og fungerede perfekt til vores familie.

Points négatifs : Opgang var meget slidt… møre gulvbræder. En del uro og larm fra gaden fredag og lørdag (forventeligt i forhold til lokation).
