Points positifs : The apartment was beautiful, it has been recently renovated to a high standard, lovely finishings, felt like a home away from home. We stayed here as a family of 4 with my parents and there was more than enough room for everyone, with every bedroom having its own bathroom, too. It was perfect. We made use of the washing machine and tumble drier, too, to make sure we had fresh towels every day, so convenient. Very close to the metro and to the restaurants, etc. in Rebuplique.

Points négatifs : No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Points positifs : Fabulous location, lovely clean modern apartment. Lovely neighbourhood, plenty of places to eat and shop, we even bumped into Luca from Emily in Paris show. Concierge Rosa was lovely and very helpful, our flight was not due until 5pm and Rosa kindly helped us store our suitcases. Easy access to Republique or Temple Metro's. Can recommend.

Points négatifs : Just a couple of things that need fixing, and a few suggestions The spa bathroom, unfortunately the sink was blocked all weekend, we left a note for the host. We did have problems with sliding doors sticking in the small bedroom and main room en-suite shower, The small bedroom had missing handles on the bedroom cabinets. The Front door key, was tricky to open. First section of the stair well could do with lighting. All of these are fixable and did not spoil our weekend A vertical mirror would also be handy. Additional extension cable for ironing in a space rather than the walk way, this would also aid hair styling near a mirror. It was a lovely touch with supplying shampoo and soap, however very small quantity for 6 people. We found that the dried flower display took up a lot of the room. The small bedroom is more suitable for children, due to the wardrobe size not holding a coat hanger.

Perfect place to stay in Paris

Points positifs : Stayed here with family for 3 nights. It was a calm building in a very cozy neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants and cafes right outside the doorstep. The appartment was also easy to find with good instructions from the host. Hubert also hjelped us a lot when we forgot one of the passports. All in all a great service that we really appreciated staying here, it made our experience in Paris even better. Can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and we loved the area the apartment was in with all the cafes near.

Points positifs : It is in a beautiful old apartment block, very French. It has been renovated to a very high standard. It is clean and comfortable.

Points négatifs : The stairs. No lift available.

Would stay again they were very accommodating with us checking out a bit late after car rental pick up troubles;))

Points négatifs : Few Too many stairs. My mother really struggled but we made it work as the place was perfect for us otherwise

Points positifs : It was in a good location with a supermarket just round the corner. Nice local bars & restaurants. The apartment had 3 good sized bedrooms & 3 bathrooms which came in very handy with 6 adults!

Points négatifs : The bedroom just off the kitchen with the shower room at the back of the kitchen seemed to have a drainage problem so the shower tray filled up very quickly, I think the drainage needs clearing out. Also the pans are not induction ones so not great on an induction Hob. We also had difficulty with frying eggs for breakfast as there wasn’t a spatula so had to use the cake slice instead! Finally & I’m sure if it’s made clear in the write up as I couldn’t remember… but it’s a total of 84 steps to the apartment as it’s on floor 5 & there isn’t a lift, which was good for a daily workout but someone with less mobility might struggle.

Points positifs : Location is superb, property is very nicely done out and clean, as described.

Points négatifs : One of the en-suite bathrooms had a terrible smell coming from it...

Excellent stay in Paris

Points positifs : The location is great to visit Paris. Close to underground train stations. All required comfort in the appartment. Quiet surrounding.

Points négatifs : Shower gel & shampoo would have been welcomed in the bathrooms.
