Points positifs : L'emplacement la gentillesse de Rosa la proximité de tous les établissements et de tous les monuments

Excellent location and clean suite. Very nice renovation.

Points positifs : The location was great and convenient for metro. New renovations to apartment.

Points négatifs : 4th floor with many stairs. No door on bathroom in one of the bedrooms but did have a main door.

Location was handy for metro, Gard du Nord, and central sightseeing. Comfortable, cozy apartment

Points positifs : The location was great, close to metro, food options and supermarket. Roomy for Paris, cosy and warm. Area felt safe when walking around.

Points négatifs : No lift...four flights of stairs. Did not realize this when booked...only really a problem with bags.

Lovely stay in a great location

Points positifs : Spacious apartment by Paris standards and great location - lots of cafes and restaurants out the front of the building. Short stroll to temple metro station and supermarket just around the corner.

Points négatifs : The apt has 2 bathrooms (one attached to each bedroom) but just be aware one only has a hand held shower over the bath and the other is open straight into the bedroom (no door) - not an issue for us but just something to note. You do need to access the apartment via the spiral stairs (4th floor) but that’s also part of the charm. Also coffee machine was provided but unfortunately no pods - minor details - would not put me off rebooking again!

An excellent apartment in a great location.

Points positifs : The host was very helpful and responsive. The location was fantastic, close to transport, restaurants and cafes. The property was very clean and quiet.

Points négatifs : The apartment was on level 4, and there’s no lift, so it could prove difficult for people with mobility issues. The shower in the hot tub is hand held, and not ideal. A welcome pack including basic tea and coffee would be great.

An excellent stay in a really nice apartment, in a lovely are, with good cafes, restaurants and transport.

Points positifs : The apartment was in a lovely area of Paris. it was well equipped and comfortable.

Points négatifs : The apartment was located on the 4th floor, with no lift. This information was clear from the description, so we were aware of this.

Ons verblijf

Points positifs : Super vriendelijke eigenaar. Beantwoordde onmiddellijk al je vragen. Gaf een hele duidelijke uitleg meteen na het boeken. Alles was tip top in orde. Bedden waren opgemaakt. Er lag zelfs al koffie klaar om te gebruiken.

Points positifs : L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto pubblici e comoda a tutti i principali servizi, il che lo rende ideale sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi. La zona è tranquilla ma al tempo stesso ben collegata, perfetta per muoversi in città senza difficoltà. Nel complesso, però, la struttura resta accogliente e funzionale, con un ottimo rapporto tra posizione e servizi offerti.

Points négatifs : Tra gli aspetti meno positivi segnalo l’assenza dell’ascensore, che potrebbe rappresentare un disagio per chi ha molte valigie o problemi di mobilità. Inoltre, uno dei bagni è sprovvisto di porta, un dettaglio che può influire sulla privacy.

Points positifs : sehr schöne Pariser Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, groß genug für 4 Personen sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt zum Vermieter Lage hervorragend, sehr schöne Gegend, viele Cafés und Restaurants, trotzdem sehr ruhig Metrostation Temple direkt um die Ecke, Ein paar Sachen, die man wissen sollte, die uns aber nicht so sehr gestört haben: 4. Etage ohne Aufzug 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Bad mit Badewanne 1 kleineres Schlafzimmer (Bett steht an der Wand) mit Bad mit Dusche, aber leider ohne Badezimmertür (Eine Schiebetür oder zumindest ein Vorhang wäre hier von Vorteil.) In der Küche gibt es die ein oder andere Gebrauchsspur. Die Betten haben nur eine große Bettdecke, was für uns etwas ungewohnt war.

Points négatifs : Wenn man sucht, gibt es immer etwas was einem nicht gefallen könnte (s.o.), aber für uns gab es nichts, was jetzt großen Einfluss auf unseren Aufenthalt dort gehabt hätte.
