Points positifs : Cleanliness. Comfy bed. Bright and airy. Location to transit, Bistros/Brasseries & sights. Combo washer & dryer for use.

Points négatifs : Alternating pork chop stair tread to bedroom loft a bit tricky for older guests to navigate especially should you wake up disoriented in the middle of the night and need to use the bathroom. No motion detector light when descending Bldg stairs in the dark. Good going up. 30ml, single use plastic dish soap tube to last one week not enough if you plan on using kitchen a lot during your stay. Refillable shower gel, shampoo & conditioner dispensers would be a welcome addition.

Points positifs : It is a fabulous location. It has every thing you need. stylish and very comfortable.

Points négatifs : It took a little while to get used to the steps up to the bed, but after a day I was quite used to it. I couldnt work the tv very well.

Points positifs : Cosy, quiet, welcome packs for coffee and tea, bathroom and kitchen. Nice touch!

Perfect accomodation to support a visit to Paris.

Points positifs : Great location, very clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Great restaurants nearby.

Points négatifs : Toilet runs sometimes, and the lock on the main door requires the door to be pulled towards you to unlock with the key.

Nice stay in Paris

Points positifs : Really the most reasonable price/quality I met in Paris. Small but cozy flat, very quiet street, very convenient procedure of check in I love the location, very close to everything

Points positifs : The location is excellent - in the Marais, between the river and the bustling Rue Rivoli,but in a quiet residential street. A classic Parisian apartment.

Points négatifs : Being an older couple, the mezzanine bedroom with half-stair ladder wasn’t the best fit for us, but would no doubt be perfect for others! It was also a little dusty, but by no means dirty.

Perfect Location, good size apartment

Points positifs : Perfect location in a lively neighborhood, close to metro stations and a good size apartment for Paris.

Points négatifs : As a point of improvement, it is necesary a hair dryer and to have hand soap in the bathroom. The kitchen could have basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper and oil, also paper napkins. The apartment could be more clean, there was dust in some of the furniture and the dishes were not well washed. Even with these problems, I would recommend it.

Points positifs : Die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Alles was man braucht und besuchen möchte ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz für bis zur 4 Personen und ist komplett ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern hat einwandfrei funktioniert + sehr hilfsbereit.

Points positifs : Beautiful apartment with nice touches to make your stay very comfortable. Property owner is kind and quickly responsive to inquiries/needs. Location is optimal for access to metro/bus/walking distance to shopping and food. The Marais lives up to its artsy, safe, cultural space.

Points négatifs : Initially a bit noisy but that was readily resolved after the first morning.
