Petit apartment perfect for exploring Paris.

Points positifs : This is a great little apartment for exploring Paris. It’s very close to many stations near Bastille and Marais which are busy areas with fabulous cafes and shops, bakeries, supermarkets. The beds were very comfortable with the addition of a sofa bed so it could sleep 6 at a squeeze. It had great facilities. This worked for us as a family of 4 as it was a reasonable price with proper beds and we could use the kitchen for cooking. It felt safe and the host sent a very helpful information guide.

Points négatifs : It is quite small and dark but if you’re only using it as a base it didn’t bother us. You can hear the tube under the building but this is the city of Paris so it’s going to be a little noisy.

Excellent location, great space for a family of 4, amenities all we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location

Points positifs : One of the best location, easy check in. Owner is very responsive which helped a lot. Clean and spacious. We could place our bags into the room before check in.

Points négatifs : A few things can be improved such as closet doors. Heatings are either fully heating or very low. For such a big apartment there were only 2 wine glasses and they were not the cleanest. There was oven but no backing paper. During check out, key code was replaced too quickly that we had difficulty to put it back since our code has not worked.

Comfort, value for money in a safe area in the Marais

Points positifs : Easy check in. Good area, plenty of good places to eat. quiet at night and safe area. Massively comfy beds and good shower, spotlessly clean. Modern and comfortable, good communication from owner.

Points négatifs : We struggled with th electronic key hub because the lock box was unstable as it kept cutting out. I think it needs attention. Otherwise quite straight forward. Maybe a small bedside lamp would be helpful. Otherwise a very comfortable and welcoming space.

Points positifs : The apartment is in a very convenient location, right in the heart of Paris and close to the metro. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It’s a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it.

Points négatifs : There was some street noise from passing cars and people, but it was not too disturbing.

Points positifs : I loved everything about this apartment! The location is exceptional, less than 5 minutes to the metro station. It is very comfortable, very warm and the bathing water is very warm, being more than sufficient to 4 persons. The beds are comfortable, the internet is good enough and you have a smart tv with access to every app.
