Apartment Le Marais by Studio prestige

Très chouette séjour dans un logement parfaitement adapté à nos besoins et magnifiquement situé !

Points positifs : l'emplacement géographique, les instructions et informations (application), le logement lui-même, propreté, confort global. Équipement fourni. La communication avec le staff.

Points négatifs : Chauffage pas (ou peu ?) enclenché à notre arrivée. Heureusement, on s'y connait un peu et on a pu le régler correctement. Mais les 15° dans l'appartement à l'arrivée cela était un peu moyen ;-) Les locataires précédents n'ont pas vraiment nettoyé leur vaisselle... (et ça le loueur ne peut pas le voir directement). Mais sinon, RAS tout a été très bien.

Points positifs : Nicely fitted out, very comfortable bed with luxury bedding, fantastic location near lots of bars, cafes, vintage shops, boutiques etc. Beautiful courtyard setting and very quiet. The apartment is very very small but we expected that - it worked fine for us as a couple but I think 4 people would struggle! It had everything we needed and we enjoyed feeling like locals for a few days. Can’t recommend this are highly enough.

Points négatifs : We had a few minor issues with heating and lights but the hosts were very quick to respond and to try and help us. We found the bathroom sink a bit tricky too due to its size and location below a vanity unit which makes washing your face and brushing your teeth challenging! Great shower though 😀.

Points positifs : Convenient quiet place. Metro nearby. Restaurants nearby.

Points négatifs : There is not enough lighting in the rooms, it is difficult to see in the evening

Small apartment with all amenities in great location

Points positifs : Apartment is in a great location in a quiet courtyard off Rue Charles V.

Points négatifs : Bathroom is very small. Apartment uses space very effectively, but really only suitable for 1 or 2 persons. Stools were difficult to sit on as kept leaning over. No instructions on use of TV.

Points positifs : The flat is tiny but really comfortable, it has everything you need from the iron to the haidryer. It is clean, full of classy details and in a fantastic location. I highly reccomend it.

A comfortable, elegant and well situated stay in the heart of Paris.

Points positifs : Its location and Parisian feel. It had all we needed and was very cosy.

Points négatifs : Perhaps a little more space but we knew we had chosen a small property and didn’t mind.

Brilliant for a brief getaway to the Marais.

Good location, good stay for a couple

Points positifs : Location was great, and good modern facilities. Tastefully decorated. Staff responded quickly to our questions. Property was quiet and being ground floor there were no access issues.

Points négatifs : The bathroom is very small. The toilet difficult for tall people and the shower very small and narrow. Also the bathroom fan is very noisy. The apartment is quite dark and was made worse by scaffolding on the outside while we were there, and one of the few lights in the living space had blown and the bulb could not be replaced at the time. It was a good space for 2 people but would not recommend for any more. All small things but things that need to be considered.

Points positifs : Bellissima zona, servita molto bene, vicina a tante attrazioni. Bellissima da girare a piedi a qualsiasi ora.
