Un appartement qui porte bien son nom
Points positifs : Appartement très bien équipé, ce qui est agréable avec des petites attentions ( bouteilles d'eau , kleenex ...).Très propre dans un immeuble calme à 100 mètres du métro.
Points négatifs : Quand on bouge le lit fait un bruit d enfer alors que nous sommes loin d être en sur poids . Cela semble être un problème de sommier

Great appartment, value the price.
Points positifs : Great apartment with everything you need. Clear and cozy. There is a small kitchen with lot of fascilities so you can cook your own meal (with salt, papper, sugar, coffee, tea...). The toilet is sepparated from the bathroom. There is a small work corner in bedroom with desk and chair behind the wall which is grat if you want to do something on your laptop or read a book in peace. There is a small balcony with entrances from bedroom and living room with small table and two chairs. The appartment is on the 7th floor, but there is an elevator. Even though the main city atractions are not so close to the appartment, there is a metro station nearby so you can come to the centre in 15-20 minutes.
Points négatifs : An older man who gave us keys doesn't speak english, but he tried to translate on his phone so there was not so big problem. There is a small table in the kitchen so it can be a bit cramped. But there is also one table in the living room so you can eat there. In general, nothing to complain about.

Points positifs : Tolles Appartement...sehr komfortabel. Sehr bequemes Bett. Die Küche war auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Ganz nah an der Metro Station Telegraphe.
Points négatifs : Die Straße Rue Belleville ist etwas laut. Wir haben aber gut geschlafen.

Points positifs : La struttura all’interno è nuova e ben arredata. Era molto pulita e in un bel caseggiato.
Points négatifs : A volte vi era un cattivo odore proveniente dal gabinetto, ma credo che questo dipenda dal servizio di fognatura di Parigi.

Points positifs : Die Lage war eigentlich gut - aber wir sind viel mit dem Fahrrad( kein E-bike!) gefahren - und heimwärts war es schon sehr anstrengend. Wir kommen halt vom Niederrhein - da ist alles platt. ;-)
Points négatifs : Es gibt NIX zu meckern !!!

Truly home away from home.
Points positifs : It was the best equipped apartment I ever rented. So close to metro. Beautiful walk to Philharmonic. Felt safe even in windy storm. Very quiet building. Super comfortable and great for self catering. Stayed cool even during heat wave with good shades.
Points négatifs : Nothing.

Nagyon jó, ár érték arányban kiváló.
Points positifs : Fantasztikus volta erkélyen pihenni, nagyszerű a lakás, könnyű volt a be ki csekkolás, a metró 100 m, éttermek, pékség, boltok 100, parkoló 10 perc sétára ami zárt és örzött. Tervben van hogy ismét megyünk akkor is itt fogunk megszállni.

Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder wählen. Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Metro- und Bus-Anbindung.
Points positifs : Gut ausgestattete Wohung, insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen benötigt. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder nehmen.
Points négatifs : Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber es dürfte schon noch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden. Handtücher, Bettlaken und Geschirr war alles sauber, aber am Boden und in der Badewanne lagen einige lange Haare rum, die nicht von uns kamen.
