Points positifs : Le lieu est un havre de calme, un immeuble ancien, une cour, un lieu intimiste et rare dans le Paris actuel. Equipements tous à fait adaptés. Literie confortable. Vue agréable. Bref une vraie pépite.

Points négatifs : Je dirai qu'un grille pain ainsi qu'un rideau thermique à l'entrée seraient bienvenus.

Excellente localisation pour vivre à la parisienne

Points positifs : La proximité de tous les métros attractions touristiques. La vie de quartier vivante et florissante. La tranquillité des lieux

Points négatifs : Equipment de cuisine un peu restreint. Propreté parfois douteuse. Construction durant notre séjour donc bruyant en semaine

Points positifs : This studio apartment is in a perfect location. The fact that it is gated, adds an additional safety feature, and the fellow apartment neighbors are friendly as they greet you with a smile. The washer-dryer is an added bonus. Turning the dial to the washing mode gives you 59 minutes, then i chose the 10 minute option to spin & drain, and concluded with the 39 minute option

Points positifs : The owner was lovely, there was a really Parisian vibe around the apartment and courtyard, room very big for Paris

Lovely apartment to stay for a few days in Paris

Points positifs : -Small, cozy apartment in a great location, suitable for two -Entrance to the apartment from the courtyard, no street noise -Good communication with the owner, a few days before arrival, we received detailed descriptions, how to enter the apartment, as well as instructions how to use the coffee machine and washing machine. -Nice view from the windows -The owner had put a lot of effort into furnishing the apartment, the bed was comfortable and there were many places to sit comfortably -I have always stayed in hotels in Paris before, although the amenities were perhaps not at the same level, this apartment added a lot to our stay

Points négatifs : -The walls were thin and it was very easy to hear the neighbors and movements in the stairwell -The bathroom often smelled of smoke

Points positifs : Very clean and a nice vibe! Felt very safe and the location was perfect!

Great location and property had everything we needed.

Points positifs : Great location, close to Eurostar station and metro links. Property had everything we needed and was great having a washing machine. Was nice and clean. Would stay there again. Owner was great at communicating.

Points négatifs : We had trouble unlocking the door. The instructions were clear but the actual locks/keys took a bit of time to work out.

Points positifs : This is a lovely apartment which has a lovely feeling. Its in a very quiet courtyarded area that provides a real Parisienne experience. Its location is very convenient for the Pigalle area and Sacre Cour. It is also its very close to the Rue des Martyrs, a street which is provides a real slice of life in Paris with numerous local shops being used by people living in the area that can provide all you will need during a stay. Including bistros and cafes. Its a real treat. Metro and RER lines are within easy walking (15mins), which allow access to all the joys of Paris. The information provided by the owner was excellent and they kept in touch during the stay to ensure everything was going well. If you like quirky this could be the Paris apartment for you.

Really good stay - perfect location for a really fair price

Points positifs : Perfect location, it allowed us to literally go everywhere walking - in the best area of Montmatre, surrounded by business that are not made for tourists, delicious bakeries around, really comfortable bed, decent sized kitchen for breakfast and small meals, really good shower, inside the cuttest interior garden. On top of it, it is located on a street of pedestrians only.

Points négatifs : To nie jest apartament z jedną sypialnią, to jest studio - osobna kuchnia i pokój z łóżkiem do spania.
