Points positifs : Établissement agréable et fonctionnel. Situé dans une cour sécurisée et calme. Très bien situé. Hôte très à l’écoute et répond très rapidement en cas d’interrogation, soucieux des conditions d’accueil !

Un appartement que je recommande pour un séjour à Paris.

Points positifs : Une petit espace très bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour ! Le logement est proche du métro ce qui facilite les déplacements.

Points positifs : Le logement est conforme au descriptif. Très bien situé, proche du métro, au fond d'une cour au calme .

Super adresse, j'y retournerai

Points positifs : Apparement cosy très confortable et vraiment très bien situé. Il est décoré avec goût, il a tous les équipements nécessaires et la literie est confortable. L'emplacement est sécurisé. La communication avec l'hôte est très facile, Benjamin semble très disponible. Pour un séjour seul, en couple ou avec son enfant c'est parfait.

Points négatifs : Ceci ne m'a pas dérangé, mais cela peut être un frein pour d'autres : la partie salle d'eau, douche, toilette n'est séparés que par un rideau épais, pas de porte. Le lit en mezzanine peut aussi freiner les personnes avec mobilité réduite, peu sécurisé pour la personne qui dort côté chambre, un petit garde de corps ne serait pas de trop.

Points positifs : Un studio plein de charme et très bien équipé. L'entrée et la sortie sont faciles.

Points positifs : Place was nice! Much more space than expected and very comfortable. Location was very convenient, especially from the train station

Points négatifs : The only issue was there was no bathroom door. Only a thin curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom/kitchen

Nice accomodation and area.

Points positifs : Very clean room and bathroom which was important to us. Towels and sheets provided. Good location in a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of bakeries. Also a very kind and easy to reach host!

Points négatifs : The space is a bit thight, especially the bathroom. Also located on the ground floor on the inside of the building, so you can't really look out of the window (it looks upon the small inside court). Ofcourse, this is Paris, so given the prices this is normal.

Perfect place for a weekend trip to Paris. Amazing location and the place has all you need.
