Points négatifs : Le wifi qui saute ( le concierge prevénu doit régler le problème ) et a revoir l' étanchéité de la douche

Points positifs : l’emplacement 👍🏼👍🏼le logement est rénové et en excellent état j’ai adoré la déco de la chambre à coucher 😍😍😍 romantique à souhait logement au top une pépite qu’on souhaite garder pour soi..

Points négatifs : j’ai tout aimé il manque toute fois des lumières tamisées dans le salon et chambre à coucher car la lumière des lustres est trop forte. il manque un fer à repasser une tv dans le petit salon et torchon pour la vaisselle mais ça sera vite réajusté c’est un détail

Points positifs : We really liked self check in option. The apartments were nice and cosy, pretty quiet (except neighbours doing the repairing stuff in the apartment above from 7AM to 11AM every day except Sunday), but it is not related to this apartment. We asked the host to leave warm blanket for us, because we read in the other review that it was cold upstairs, and the blanket was very warm so we were not cold at night. On the first day in was just cold in the room upstairs, but after that it became warm everywhere because of the heaters. A bit pricy but this option is better than the other ones for the same price. Location was super good.

Points négatifs : Everything was good. The pillows were not a good fit for us, but it is individual.

Points positifs : the place was immaculate and very well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

Points négatifs : only concern was there there was no working fan so it was quite hot at night. leaving the window open meant dealing with a lot of loud noises through the night and in the morning, so it was a bit uncomfortable.

Tiny but clean and centrally located spot in Paris

Points positifs : The location was great - centrally located in Paris with many restaurants and bars and shops nearby. Metro and buses nearby.

Points négatifs : Kitchen could have had more - we were missing paper towels and/or dish towels so we could clean; we couldnt get the heat to work upstairs.

Points positifs : Чудове місцерозташування. Реально апартаменти відповідають фото. Все працювало, хороший інтернет. Небуло ніяких проблем з входом і виходом в апартаменти.

Points négatifs : Мало місця в санвузлі і в душі. При поселенні виявилося що ніхто не прибирав. Я скинула фотографії і написала про це в помешкання. За годину приїхав прибиральник і все швидко замінив (постіль, рушники, сміття..)

Charming little boutique appartment, good value

Points positifs : The decoration is very charming, especially the bedroom. I like the way they repurposed what I believe to be an old storefront. Great job for a small space. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is close to everything: Montmartre, Galleries Lafayette...

Points négatifs : Like many have mentioned, the shower, as well as the living room, are a little small but I guess that goes with the Parisian experience:) and the value was good
