Points positifs : Axel, l'hôte, est très sympathique et la communication avec lui aussi simple qu'agréable. Le logement est fonctionnel et confortable, proche de toutes commodités. Le rapport qualité/prix est avantageux. Il convenait parfaitement à nos attentes/besoins.

Points négatifs : Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour court, surtout si vous avez un enfant. Le lieu pourrait s'avérer exigu à la longue. La literie était bien mais manquait de coussins... Le quartier alentours est agréable et facile d'accès en transport, mais ne vous attendez pas à être éblouis...

Parfait pour passer quelques nuits dans Paris.

Points positifs : Appartement très bien situé, petits commerces à proximité. Hôte accueillant et arrangeant pour les clefs et les bagages. De plus, il est très réactif lorsqu'on le contacte. L'appart est propre, il y a tout le nécessaire, et même plus encore (cafetière, serviettes, parapluie, sèche-cheveux...)

Points négatifs : Les quelques bruits de rue la nuit (mais bon, c'est Paris !)

Points positifs : The bed was super comfy and BIG. Actually, the three of us slept on the same bed, there was no need to use the one upstairs. The host was kind in responding to our needs. Even when it's not near the city center the location was good because the tram station is only 2 blocks away and the Metro station only 6ish blocks away.

Small but cosy apartment

Points positifs : The host was welcoming and attentive. We received detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment without asking, which made the check-in easier. The apartment itself is small but enough for the stay in Paris- we were outside sightseeing most of the time anyway. There were towels, tea, coffee, and even umbrellas! Lastly, the place had a heater and we were warm in winter.

Points négatifs : Nothing to add.

Great place to stay, great location, geat value for money

Points positifs : The place is tiny but absolutely lovely, and there’s everything you might need. The location is great, 2 minutes walk from the metro. Overall great value for money! Also, the host is really welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and I’ll go back myself if I’m ever in Paris again.

Points négatifs : The only thing is that the water pressure in the shower is not very strong, but other than this everything else was spot on.

Everything went well and would recommend to everyone!

Points positifs : Axel was very supportive and answered my question very fast. The location is near the metro line 11, so the transport to the city centre is also very easy. The apartment was very clean and organised, so I really recommend it!
