Très agréable séjour dans un lieu calme et confortable.
Points positifs : Le logement est très bien conçu et comporte tous les éléments de confort. Il est situé dans un quartier agréable, non loin de nombreux commerces et du marché de la Place des Fêtes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le chauffage déjà allumé avant notre arrivée et le calme.
Points négatifs : Rien à reprocher : même des parapluies à disposition en cas de mauvais temps !

Un séjour parfait
Points positifs : Logement conforme au descriptif, situé dans une rue calme avec le métro, commerces, restaurants et parking à proximité. Axel, le propriétaire, est à l'écoute, bienveillant et assure une excellente communication. Un séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement !

Points positifs : Everything was great. The appartment is really cosy and, although small, it's really well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We loved the details and were so happy to find books in French for all ages and language levels, it was a really nice touch and we enjoyed some light reading before bed. Axel is a great host and we had a great communication, he's always fast to reply if you need him. The location is also great, a quiet neighbourhood close to metro, tram and bus stations. Also, I was a bit hesitant at first because the appartment is located after lots of metal doors, some narrow steps at what seems like a basement level, but is actually on a ground floor, with windows and really gorgeus inside, so we got used to it pretty quickly. We absolutely recommend it and would come back.

Points positifs : The apartment is 5 minutes away from the metro line 11 (really well connected to the city centre), bakeries and well-stored markets, it has an adequatly equipped kitchen and bathroom. The space, although small, is really well used, so there is actually a lot of space (we were a group of 3 the first few nights, and then just 2 and it was perfectly sized for the price). The space was really cleen and the street calm. The beds were also comfortable and there is a heater in the room and in the bathroom. Axel was also really nice, helped us with check-in and was really responsive. The place has great value for money!

Very nice experience
Points positifs : Easy communication with the host, who was very helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all necessary accomodations such as wifi :) It was well connected so visiting the centre was no problem. The bakery at the station is also really good for a quick breakfast.
Points négatifs : Sometimes the water stopped being as warm while showering which could be fixed by waiting for a minute with the water shut.
